They won't let the public in early like other locations. You have to get a food app in order to get breakfast because the mall isn't open. Go to the buildings not the malls. This isn't worth the hassle of downloading food apps.

Did a mobile order pick up for the nuggets meal plus other items and did not receive the nuggets!! I came in with my 5 year old, leaving with 5 drinks and 2 bags of food. I do not have time to come back and forth for nuggets that was supposed to be for my daughter to eat after school. Very inconvenient. You guys communicated with me via app that my order was ready, how was my order not checked and confirmed that everything was inside? Very disappointed.
Foods great, zero customer service. Got shorted food so I called to let them know and get hung up on. Triple check your order or your money is wasted.

Nice guy took my order. Repeated it back to me. Received a grl sandwich instead of kids 5 piece nugget meal. Said oh well, let my daughter have my 4 piece strips...there was a dark short curly hair wrapped around one of the strips. So gross. This Chic Fil A is in a food court, we brought the food to our car because all the tables were filthy. Anyway, I love Chick-fil-A in Woburn, but we'll never come back to the North Shore Mall one. Gross ?
