Rice was not cooked right. They gave me different rice. Then the chicken was salty. I wasn’t happy and I’m not sure if I’ll be going back to any chipotle my stomach isn’t feeling to right. I will not recommend anyone and give them my honest opinion.

sitting down just 10mins ago eating and I see to small mice run up under the booth in front of me. not 2 mins later a large mouse or small rat ran on top of my foot. Told a worker which told the manger and nothing was done about it. there still open. DOWN OUT RIGHT GROSS. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE EATING THERE NO MORE!!!.... I thought about not writing this review but they did nothing about the situation my whole meal went in the trash!!! YOU WANT ME TO CONTACT YOU BUT THE LINK YOUR LEAVING DONT GO TO ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE CHIPOTLE WEBSITE!!!

This Chipotle location is extremely disappointing. The place is dirty, the portions are ridiculously small, and the service is terrible. I ordered chicken and they barely put any food in the bowl, as if they were afraid to serve a normal amount. The staff is unprofessional and looks like they don’t care at all. Honestly, don’t waste your time or money here — this place is a complete mess and the food portions are almost nonexistent.
Gave my uber eats order to someone else before my driver arrived. I’ve heard from my friends this is frequent but I’m not sure how this happens without gross negligence

Well we used daughter's app for Chipotle and I got the barbacoa and I've been going there for a long time and there was like two three small bites of Barbacoa like bird three small bites I was very disappointed I spent all that money for rice cheese and sour cream and corn I mean if you didn't have Barbacoa take it off the app somehow I mean I don't know but I just feel like my money went down the drain because there was nothing in it it was the worst experience there especially my daughter went in and they were telling her she couldn't get the chips unless she paid in there but hello we got the rewards and they didn't even know. they were arguing with her and everything else and then finally she's like let me scan the thing and they were like oh have a good night what do you mean have a good night they didn't know how to apologize or anything better service. I have talked to the Manager there before and he is very nice I didn't see him that night Sun Nov 9 at 4:40 .

We visited 3 weeks ago. Food was great standard chipotle, we are from out of state and were pleased that the quality is no different regardless of the location/state. The lady working the line seemed like she wanted to be anywhere but there.

I would’ve gotten my meal faster if I farmed the ingredients from scratch and made it myself. The fact that it took me nearly thirty minutes to ORDER my food in-restaurant (not including waiting behind the people in front of me) is insane. Maybe I can pick up some dog poop on my way home instead.
