Daniella's is a fantastic spot to dine at. Service was great, ambience just right with a touch of classic decor, and the food was excellent. For appetizers, try the eggplant rollatini and arancini (rice balls) sitting atop a tasty dollop of truffle aioli. For entrees, my wife had the baked haddock stuffed with a crabmeat mixture that was a bit dry, but still delicious. I chose the "Pasta Nero" -- a creative mix of penne pasta, spinach, red pepper, and blackened shrimp all nestled in a light, creamy parmesan sauce. The shrimp were done perfectly -- a good 'char' and delicious mixed spice. But, either intentionally or by omission, the penne, spinach and peppers had no seasoning at all -- and could minimally have been helped along by just some plain salt and pepper. (There is none on the table, which is fine, but I should have asked my waiter for some.) There was also a pretty sparse serving of penne overall. Anyway, we loved the experience and will definitely go back ...

Nick, our server, was great. Very professional, good attitude and cared about his customers. This young man will someday have his own restaurant!!!

We had a fabulous meal with really good service, the menu is interesting and varied. It was a little bit noisy and hard to hear each other.

The food is amazing. Not a single complaint in that department. Once the waitress took our dinner order we never saw her again till we got our check. Our food was brought by someone else and I never received cheese nor did anyone make any effort to check on us. We would have had drinks and dessert but after sitting and waiting we just wanted to leave. I will say, my friend spoke with a manager and he was apologetic and gave his number and told us he would like to make it right. We will see when we give it another shot in a few weeks.

Everything was great, but I would have liked more crab in the stuffed Baked Haddock. The description said lump crab stuffing and the crab seemed a small

Another great find, local to home. We stopped for lunch and were seated on the patio. Despite the lack of a view (the NorthShore Mall is across the street) and occasional traffic noise, the seating was pleasant and comfortable. If you choose lunch, you'll find the portions are large; nearly too much (plan on taking home leftovers). Cooked perfect and delivered piping hot, the haddock over risotto was a great choice on a predominately Italian menu. Out waitress, Iulia, earned five stars. We highly recommend Daniela's and we're looking forward to another visit in the near future.

The food is truly outstanding. It was clear everything was made with care and expertise. Our first time at Daniella's but definitely not our last, we will be back when we're in the Peabody area.

If you are looking for a restaurant that has great food selections, creative cocktails, a relaxing (not rushed) diner and comfortable surroundings then make Daniella's your choice. We've dined at Daniella's a number of times but tonight we were celebrating my wife's birthday. You definitely need to make reservations and the restaurant has a room that can be opened to the outside (in the summer) or closed when the weather is not so warm. The restaurant has many other rooms, one we reserved a couple years ago for a diner party after a wedding rehearsal. Last night we had Keely as our server and she was wonderful. Before our cocktails were ordered we were served with amazing bread including red peppers on the side, careful the peppers have a bite to them. We started with a appetizer of mussels, delicious with bread soaked in broth. Our party ordered entrees from fish, on the standard menu, to specials of the day. The portions were more than filling, leaving no room for tempting deserts. However, when making our reservations, I indicated we are celebrating my wife's birthday, at the end of the meal, she was served a desert to enjoy on her day. Daniella's Ristorante is a must to visit.

I really liked everything about this place, the food was excellent, service was also top notch and friendly. The one thing that kind of spoiled our evening was the noise level, I probably won't go back because of it. We were on the deck outside, the music was so loud we could hardly hear each other and then a large party came in and sat next to us, because the music was so loud is resulted in them shouting over it, not a nice quiet relaxing meal. As we left, they play music outside the doorway and that was amped up so high it sent us quickly walking way from the space, I dont know how they dont see it. I know it's weird, but that one thing kind of spoiled what was by every other standard a great meal, service and atmosphere. And the other drawback was that the food took forever to come out because they said they had a large order from another party, so we were there for too long. A long loud evening.

Food was great. Celebrated a family birthday on the porch on a hot night but the breeze was comfortable. Cocktails are attractive.

Great food and service. Never a disappointment! Their pasta dishes are incredible. Meatballs on the starter menu are a must.

Had an excellent experience. Food was fresh, portions were ample, service was top notch. Menu had good variety, prices very reasonable. Nice ambiance, upscale, a little loud, but not so much that we couldn't talk to each other. Had two glasses of wine, split a very generous salad, two different seafood's entrees (which we had enough to bring home extra) very tasty, fresh, and large serving of tiramisu (one of the best I've had) and two cappuccinos. Total was ~$175 with healthy tip. Overall I thought it was an excellent value. Will return to try other menu options next time.
