Should be a 3.5. DO NOT ENTER THE DRIVE THRU! The design is atrocious and I've seen multiple cars leave the drive thru with scratches due to how tight it is. Its so tight they have to have a sign saying they arent responsible for any damages. Other than that its eh.

Very bad actitud from the men cashiers on the drive struts This person makes a great influence in the work area that is not positive for those who are going to start new or those who already have experience in this job is very unpleasant the attitude of this person the cashier man of the drive strue since I work with people every day and I in my work team I do not want a person with these attitudes I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT I GO TO THIS DOUNKIN DONUTS WITH AN EMPLOYEE LIKE THIS.

I ordered a medium hot coffee, extra cream, no sugar at the drive-thru. I picked it up, drove off down the street and had a sip. Coffee was luke-warm at Best, had cream and sugar! I poured it in the street and went to McDonald's and got what I wanted, hot coffee, extra cream, No sugar, for less money.

The absolute worst service I come in and I ask a question is this 162 Washington street? Get no answer I get looked at like I had a million heads. I try to get my order and I get looked at like this isn't yours but it's on my phone that yes I did it worthless. Then I tell them what munchkins at order cause I see her trying to reach for the old-fashioned in the powder. This is from my kid so I ordered on my phone. Place chocolate glazed and jelly. I still get old-fashioned the jelly doughnut look like it was from yesterday. And they were just putting anything in there just to get me out of there. It's horrible root service. And I was gonna get charged fifty cents for an additional cup Even though the water you order in the cup is thirty five cents I I don't ever give anybody working in those types of establishments. Any type of disrespect, but yet the ones that That are nice and polite, and don't treat him like c***Or the ones who do get treated like c*** like come on, Dunkin' Donuts what's up.
