Coffee and wake-up wrap were great. Despite indicating that they have wheelchair-accessible restrooms, there is no restroom available for customers; it is for employees only.

Worker’s are really Bad I came to buy coffee and same time I want to use restroom. They didn’t want to let me go in. They have terrible attitude. And I cancel my coffee. I went different place. This is shame.

This used to be my favorite dunks but ever since they did the remodel it has gone downhill. The last 5 times I got an iced coffee caramel with cold foam it was missing the cold foam and tasted horrible. It is unfortunate because this was always a very consistent dunks but seems like they either lost some of their good employees or hired one really bad one.

Carrie and her staff were super friendly even with how busy it was on a Monday morning. Got in and out quickly with great food. It was so nice to have staff that treat people so kindly.
