Worker’s are really Bad I came to buy coffee and same time I want to use restroom. They didn’t want to let me go in. They have terrible attitude. And I cancel my coffee. I went different place. This is shame.

This used to be my favorite dunks but ever since they did the remodel it has gone downhill. The last 5 times I got an iced coffee caramel with cold foam it was missing the cold foam and tasted horrible. It is unfortunate because this was always a very consistent dunks but seems like they either lost some of their good employees or hired one really bad one.

I don't know why I keep coming here, but this time, tell me why this girl who works there, making my food decides to drop a bagel bite on her leg and then put it in the bag after, then we ask her to remake it because that's disgusting and she gives an attitude and starts talking about us in Spanish not knowing that we would partly understand what she said, swearing, talking about white people. What's wrong with this place? Y'all are weird stop being weirdos I don't know why I keep coming here, but it's close to my house, so I low-key have to but this place is Doodoo.Workers, rude, food, low-key gross sometimes what's wrong with y'all?

Carrie and her staff were super friendly even with how busy it was on a Monday morning. Got in and out quickly with great food. It was so nice to have staff that treat people so kindly.

A coffee shop that doesn’t offer a bathroom. Not acceptable that a paying customer cannot use the bathroom to wash hands or use the lavatory.

Just witnessed an irate customer who was very self entitled trying to berate staff because they made her coffee wrong, then she demanded they re-make it twice because they used the same sticker on the new coffee and customer thought they dumped out half the original and didn’t really re-make it.Staff then showed customer the old coffee which was still on the counter.Staff were very patient with this oblivious and angry customer who should never go out in public again
