Worst experience I used to go to this location a lot and food and service was very good. NOT ANYMORE this location is terrible they never have anything you are looking for employees are rude and lazy. My coffee tasted horrible and I asked if they could remake I was given an attitude asking what did it taste like and then another employee saying guess we can remake it with an attitude they were both very annoyed mind you there was no one else waiting during that time. It’s unfortunate that this location is close to my house the other Dunkin Donuts on Lowell street in Peabody is excellent.

I walk in noticed many employees, however one counter person taking on a very confused customer who went on ordering for days. I actually left and will not return. This cashier should have requested back up rather making me wait 10 minutes for nothing. It always come back to poor management!

I don't think I've ever gotten a coffee here that was correct and since it's right by my work usually I only have a couple minutes to grab it and go And I regret going every single time that would have rather Had no coffee at all then that's terrible whatever they want to call it they put in that cup
