This Dunkin is amazing! The staff is friendly and the quality of food/coffee is great! This location has a “fake” Dunkin’s inside used for regional training. It’s clear they’re doing it right here, and I wish every location was this good. It’s always a pleasure to stop by on the way to work.

Arrived 15min before closing. 4 of us returning from north of Boston to RI. Cold outside. Had hot chocolate and sandwich. Ate inside. Left a bit before closing. Well done. And thank you for helping us make our trip home. Fairly easy access on off rte 95/128. Would come again.

This was the what Dunkin experience ever. I waited at the pickup window for over 5 minutes. Finally I had to go into the shop where staff didn't come close to speaking English. My order was nowhere to be found. Just really bad

I get my coffee here almost daily and recently they just keep messing up the order and when they try to fix it they still mess it up!! They also have an attitude when you ask them to make it correctly. idk what happened but they are definitely going down compared to how they used to be

Usually good unless it’s the older Hispanic women working. Always handing me a disgusting coffee then will take partial tip without confirming. Waste of money

Was disrespected and talked down to by manager. Ordered an iced coffee and bacon egg and cheese and was charged about $9. Immediately after paying I saw the $6 meal that was what I ordered plus hashbrowns. I said oh that’s what I got plus more for less money, can I switch to that, get a refund and pay the $6. The woman taking my order said yes let me get my manager to show me how to do that. The manager refused to do it, belittled me, and spoke very rudely. The woman thought I was in the right and was clearly very uncomfortable, and unlike the manager who mocked me, was very apologetic and was trying to make it up to me. First of all, I should have been notified that there was a deal for what I ordered. Second of all I should have been refunded. Third of all, managers should not talk that way to customers.

I get my coffee here daily for the last 6 months. It’s right next to the job site I’m working on. The coffee is made alright but if you get a sweetened flavor they almost never seem to stir it. Also I have had some language barriers at this location because the primary language isn’t English. Overall if you don’t mind adding your own sweetener, or stirring your own coffee after it’s made it’s an ok spot. But there are far better Dunkin locations
I ordered a small black coffee honey dip and chocolate munchkins. Two orders of hashbrowns and a snack wrap. They gave me the coffee and two regular donuts. Silly me for not checking the bag.

I like this dunkins in peabody mass very very very clean place and the workers in the morning good staff 10000 percent ever day and it the best place ever to have your coffee head and food it the best here
