They do not know how to listen to your order and they make it wrong and will look at you crazy when you tell them it’s wrong they are very rude which is odd when you pay 50 dollars.

The pork ribs and orange chicken I got with literally inedible. They were hard and dry. The same with their crab Rangoon.

Orange Chicken was over cooked and crunchy. Ruined my whole lunch and ruined my day. Do better!

I can not give a review on the food because apparently it is there policy to take who ever they please and not the next in line. I was very upset when 3 people stood there and not one asked me what my order was but ask a woman who cut infant and the man behind not

This place became the cheapest in giving the right amount of food, they give you one spoon of rice so you have to pay extra for the right amount, the management before was more understanding and served well but this new management is just wrong.

The food was overcooked, salty and oily. I could not even finish it and I felt sick afterwards.

I write a lot of reviews, and I understand their importance to a business and its customers. Today I tried EA Teriyaki inside the North Shore Mall, Peabody. I can only warn other potential diners that this may be the worst food court experience you'll have across the country, and I've been to far too many to count. The red breaded product that they sample was entirely void of chicken in every single piece. The beef with mushrooms, while flavorful had precisely 1 square of meat in a serving of 44 mushrooms, though I will give credit for using fresh mushrooms over canned. The steamed cabbage clearly tasted like it came off the expired produce rack, and the amount of oil in the "noodles" could solve the gas crisis. The Pepsi was fantastic. The people were nice. There's a reason other venues had such long lines while these folks stood offering "samples". My advice: Run, don't walk past the samples and on to better food, anywhere.

I NEVER add reviews but I absolutely had to. I had to take the chicken back home to recook because it wasn't cooked. So disgusting the chicken was literally pink inside. I will NEVER go there again.

Decent chicken and nice teriyaki flavors. The noodles are actually just spaghetti covered in soy sauce - wouldn't get the noodles again. They did ask if we wanted extra sauce though!
