We’ve been coming there for years. Last nights trip was very disappointing . Cook pressed weight down so hard on burger that the burger was so dry and not good , he had all his weight on it pushing down on the burger.

So I made a delivery order from here and normally I don’t have any problems but today the food was just awful whoever made my strawberry smoothie didn’t blend it correctly because I had very large chunks of strawberries in my drink my burger had little to no seasoning it was very bland I got a bacon cheeseburger honestly I was very disappointed with my service today and for the prices that are being charged I mean I paid almost 30 dollars for one burger and a smoothie I expect at least a half decent meal

Five Guys is not exactly groundbreaking, but it is a much better step up from the fast food of Burger King or Wendy's. When I want a fast, filling meal and I'm craving a burger, there's no other option unless I'm really feeling like it doesn't matter. The fries here are another good reason to stop, I've had cravings just for the Cajun fries by themselves. The staff always seems up to par, sometimes annoyed but willing to help, always a pretty clean environment. Honestly, a fantastic establishment that focuses on its one job and excels at it.
Line 3 deep 40 minutes to get through the line tables dirty. Ice all over the floor at the drink machine. Hole meal from order to get it was over an hour. Will never go back.

The absolute worst service that I’ve ever received at this location occurred tonight. How is it that I walk in and I am the only person in line and no one came to take my order instead. I was told it was going to take about 20 minutes as soon as I walked in through the door. To which I had no problem with Until I was made to wait 10 minutes as the only person in line before finally speaking up and asking politely, if somebody was going to take my order and then receiving attitude and one of your associates, come up to the register and slam their hands on the register and say to me “What do you want!?” . If that’s the service, the staff at this location is going to give then I can probably say I’ll never come back here because this experience was abysmal for lack of a better word. I went down the street and spent $45 at The Double Bull whom appreciated my business.

There were no clean tables, when a worker finally came out to clean she just wipe everything onto the floor. The workers were either on their phones or arguing. The Cook seemed to be the only one doing everything. Cudos to him.
