It was really good! The lady at the counter super nice and the food came out very quickly! The sauce was a little acidic but the cheese was super melty and the mushrooms + pepperoni were nice and crispy. Thxxx!

Ordered a pizza and pasta through under eats. The Uber eats driver delivered the food but forgot to take the pizza so only the pasta was delivered. Of course the driver blames the restaurant for not giving her the pizza. I called Frankie’s and the girl on the phone immediately acknowledged the mistake and said she will send a driver from the restaurant to bring the pizza. I was honestly surprised they admitted the mistake and made things right without hesitation when they could have easily blamed Uber eats. In my opinion it’s the uber driver’s responsibility to verify that the order being picked up and delivered is complete. Especially when it’s something so easy to verify such as a big box of pizza. My pizza arrived late and Cold but mistakes happen and the restaurant handled it as best as they could have. The food was also very good but the service was the reason that prompted me to leave the review.

Have always had the best cup pepperoni pizza, their hot Pizza is amazing buy, was disappointed in the Margarita pizza. We bought a 20 inch margarita and it had cherry tomatoes cut in half thrown on top. It really did not satisfy at all … Would not order the margarita again! All the other pizza so far have been great!

Ordered 2 pizzas for dinner last night one of each of us. Mine had a long hair in it and my partners made him sick. Will never order again and will look at reviews more closely next time because apparently 5 months ago someone else found a hair in their food. You’d think they would have changed their practices after one review about hair being found in food.

If you're searching for the best pizza in Peabody, MA, Frankie Slice is the perfect place to visit. This restaurant has been voted as the best pizzaera in Massachusetts, and it's worth trying. Not only do they have fantastic pizza, their roast beef sandwiches, chicken parmesan dinner, and meatballs with spaghetti are all mouth-watering. And if you have a sweet tooth, try their ice cream and gelato. I highly recommend visiting "Frankie Slice" - you'll not be disappointed! Try the Shrimp Scampi pizza.

Im part of a few food groups and they hyped this place up to have amazing pizza. The pizza just wasnt good and extremely over priced. A large pepperoni costs me like 24 bucks! Some pizza places now are hyping up their marketing on "quality" ingredients whether its imported or organic. I dont care about neither. Pizza is not a health food, its just supposed to taste good.Ive only tried it one time, maybe it was a fluke. I dont know but the pizza was flavorless. Not sure Id give it a second chance based on the price point but I dont see the hype over this pizza. Its just bad

Update: hate to say anything negative but I put it on Facebook and no one said anything. I got surgery on January 12 and the only thing I wanted was a margarita pizza from here so my husband went to pick one up. The pizza looked nothing like it usually looks or how the menu shows a picture of it. It was completely all sauce, a few spoon fulls of mozzarella cheese and grape/cherry tomatoes on it. I have gotten this pizza so many times since discovering this place and the mozzarella cheese has always been thin, large circles and melty and never had grape/cherry tomatoes. Really thick mozzarella on pizza is just gross because it gets so hard. My husband ordered a super beef and it always comes on an onion roll but what he got did not come on an onion roll and had no sauce or cheese on it even though that’s how he ordered it. It was a very off night but if they changed how they do their margarita pizza, I unfortunately won’t be going back because it’s on the pricier side for something I can get cheaper in my town.
Husband couldn’t go back during rush hour especially since we have a 2 year old and I had just gotten home from major surgery an hour before, bummed it ruined my post surgery craving ?

First time trying it and it’s soooo good, I got the margarita and my husband got peppers and onions and both were phenomenal. I’m so picky with pizza but this is my new spot

The restaurant's dining area is like eating at the Italian place from Lady and the Tramp. It's such a great vibe! The pizza is out of this world. The crust is light and fluffy with a slight crisp on the edges. The staff and owner are wonderful and will get you anything you need. You really need to go!
