It was perfectly warm and cozy. The music was not too loud or offensive. The food is AMAZING! I LOVE THE COOKS!
The waitresses are lovely, they're friendly and accommodating and patient. They work so hard for us and I appreciate them.
I also believe the cooks need more credit because they do an amazing job making delicious food for us.
Also, the managers deserve credit for running a smooth flowing establishment and giving everyone a nice experience.

It was busy when we went. An a capella group all stopped in after a performance. The waitress was polite and offer a smile every time she stopped by. Food was good. Wish I had room for the ice cream.

Jessie our server was absolutely delightful!! she was very accommodating made fresh coffee And when we asked for a hamburger without a bun and in a bowl with the lettuce and tomato and to add some mashed potatoes, it came out perfect You also may want to try the beef barley soup! They had a picture that’s kind of funny. I think you should take it back and get me a local cause. I was still trying to figure out if I like it or not. Oh, that was nice.

We had went in for ice cream and to sit down and eat it. We went to a booth and a waitress came out and complained that we were sitting there at a table. She said tables are for diners. ??? Did we not just order ice cream at an ice cream place???it was 10 o'clock at night so there was only a few diners. They close at 11 :00. The servers were busy flirting with each other to care about anybody there trying to order anything. Someone was sweeping while we were in line to order without excusing herself then mopped without a wet floor sign. Servers didn't wear hairnets . not sure if that's a requirement. Rude people .

Ordered ice cream at the counter, servers were too busy flirting with each other. Finally took our order, got it wrong, then sat down at a booth. Was told the both was for dine in customers only. Sorry, hope you didn't lose any business while we sat in your booth. It was 10:00 at night , thet close at 11. Oh wait, no one came in while we were there. They were closing in an hour with only 6 tables dining. The waitress bitched at us because we sat down to eat. The cleaner was sweeping while we were in line to be served then mopped with no wet floor signs. Servers didn't wear hair nets. Pretty rude service there.

Friendly’s food is friendly’s food. you get what you get. However, our server Kristen Y was truly one of the best servers I ever had. I hadn’t seen my partner smile like that, ever. She truly made our first experience at Friendly’s in over a decade a very memorable one.
Busiest Friendly's I've been to in at least 15 years, but for good reason. There was a bit of a wait because of this but not unreasonable. The service was excellent. The wait staff seemed to always be moving and attentive. The food came out pretty quickly and was well plated and cooked. Drink refills were quickly provided as well. All the hallmarks of a well run kitchen. The dining room was clean and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. If all Friendly's were run like this, they would be thriving. If you are in the mood for a quick meal and ice cream and tired of fast food, this is a good place to go.
