Ordered a LARGE pick your own meat plate and the majority of the food I received was rice. They literally stuffed my plate with rice only and a bit of protein. Payed around $25 plus tax for this plate never ordering from here again!

The restaurant was almost empty with only one customer seating. I went in, it was around 4pm, fixed my to go box and headed to the cashier to get churrasco, weigh my food and leave. While there, still no one, no one was taking care of the food, no one to weigh the to go container. Politely I started saying “hello, hello” still no one. The alone costumer seated at the table even made a joke “I guess the food is for free.” He stood up, and came near me so maybe together someone were able to hear us (there was definitely noise from the kitchen). I yelled even more strongly, but still nobody, when the other costumer realized there was a bell behind the counter (there was no sign for the bell). Finally came a guy who was very sorry for the inconvenience. Right after him came a girl claiming she was the manager, Izabella, ordering me to “stop yelling in her establishment!” Right there I saw the human ego-being a manager just for the sake of a title. She was rude, disrespectful, and not there to solve a costumer situation. Only to claim power.
The restaurant had history with my family and I. It was where we ordered food for my baby shower, where I use to take my family when we were missing homemade Brazilian food. Now, not family, neither our friends visit this place anymore. Luckily there are better places around the Northshore!

We spend 10mins looking for parking for nothing lol I just left… Went there with a friend to try this place for the first time. We weren’t greeted, I ask if we just take a seat and were told “uhum”. Waitress came to the table, I told her “it’s our first time here, how this works?” (because I see there’s like a buffet and one guy walking around chopping steaks on the tables) she said “you should get this” (pointing at a picture in the menu)… I told her to come back in a couple of minutes so we can check the menu (since she was no help). Well, we waited, and all the employees were being the counter just looking at us, but nobody came, so we left. I guess they don’t like new customers hehe

The sirloin steak looks like leftovers from a reheated spit. I ordered my meat medium and it came well done. It didn't look fresh. Too much rice to make it seem like a large portion. There was no chicken heart in another portion I ordered. Look beautiful, but not tasty. This is the modus operandi.

They should be ashamed to say they are Brazilian, the food is so horrible that I would never call it Brazilian. Terrible service, it seems like they save old food to serve the next day, they take a long time to deliver and the food arrives at your house so cold that you have to heat it up again, I never want to order anything from a restaurant like that again.

After leaving my review the owner called me to change my review because was blemishing the reputation of the restaurant. Ok I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars. But this doesn’t erase the terrible experience I had with the employee I spoke over the phone. You should train better the employees. I don’t feel good giving a bad review, but your fone call make me feel my experience doesn’t matter and made me more angry. I had a very bed experience with this restaurant no matter what my review show.

I had an incredible dining experience at From Brazil Restaurant. The flavors were authentic, and the dishes truly captured the essence of Brazilian cuisine. The feijoada was rich and delicious, and the pão de queijo was the perfect starter. The staff was friendly and welcoming, adding to the warm atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone craving a taste of Brazil!
