I placed an order through DoorDashWe didn’t get to try the food so let’s get that tight.But let me tell about about the HORRIBLE customer service.We SCHEDULED the order for a certain time. Because we’re fasting and we can eat at a certain time. We get a notification about the delivery being 30 minutes early, “they have their own delivery drivers”.We called the store to make sure they deliver on time as scheduled. Instead they said they can’t, and the woman hung up on us mid conversation.It’s always impressive when a business loses a customer before the customer even tries the product.

We went yesterday with a friend around 2 pm.The place looked nice, we went in and got a table. At first nobody explained to us how the system worked, so we asked for 2 sodas and told the same waiter that it was our first time there and had no idea how it worked. She didn’t speak much english or spanish so we had to tell her “ we grab a dish and eat and then pay?” she told us yes and left. 15 min later we filled our dishes and had already started eating when another waiter came to our table and explained that we had 2 options, pay-per-pound or all you can eat, so, because we had already started eating we decided on All you can eat (very pricey, she told us it was 30usd). So they started bringing meat to our table. we finished eating and went to pay. There we realised that the all you can eat was $32.99, the 2 drinks where $5 total and then obligatory 10% gratuity (which was an extra $10). We were going to leave tip until we saw that the total was almost 90 bucks.The amount was surprising since we were 2 but the thing we didn’t like was that, if the first waiter didn’t speak english she should’ve brought someone who did to explain, because the only option they left us was paying the all you can eat. Food was very very good, staff not so much.

After reading reviews, my wife, daughter, and I decided to stop in for lunch. Our only Brazilian experience up to now has been in larger chain steakhouses, and this was a chance to try Brazilian out of that context. And boy were we glad!The restaurant is very unassuming and quaint. In fact, we almost drove right past it. They offered an all-you-can-eat option that was a bit pricey for lunch ($32/person), so we went with the pay-per-pound choice. We each got a few veggies off the buffet, and then selected some meats from the barbecue behind the counter that they cut fresh onto your plate - we had beef rib, picanha, and garlic sirloin. They weighed our plates, and with 3 waters we were charged only $34 for everything!All the grilled meats were DELICIOUS! In fact, my daughter and I agreed that the garlic sirloin was our favorite, and that it was better than the popular chains we've been to.I highly recommend this place, and we'll be stopping in again next time we are passing through!

Although this might not be your fancy Michelin rated locations the food is top quality. We were greeted by Julia who explained the different pricing option: by the pound, all you can eat or specialties from the kitchen. We chose all you can eat so we could try all the different sides. I have to say I was very impressed by the flavors and seasoning. All very balanced. Something for everyone's tastes. They come to your table with various roasted meat on a skewer that was cooked to perfection. It didn't take long for us to get way too full. However our waitress asked about desert and suggested the flan which is my husbands favorite. We decided to split one. It was the best flan I have ever had. If you are near Salem or Boston, take a break mid day or after a day of shopping to try this gem. Bring the kids and relax in this casual friendly location and tell Julia Kelly from New York sent you.

I ordered a plate on Uber Eats, and it wasn’t to my liking. I reached out to the restaurant and the service was so amazing. Felipe called me and he offered to send me a brand new plate whenever I wanted it. Truly amazing customer service and I absolutely recommend From Brazil Restaurant to anyone.

I kept my jacket on the chair while I was eating and when I went to pay, the jacket was taken by someone. When I inquired they gave my jacket back. Not professional.
This restaurant satisfied me so much! No matter what we picked out to eat, it was delicious and very juicy. I brought my fiancé to this restaurant and she absolutely loved not only the food but the service from the waitress, Julia was very nice, kind and heartwarming. It was our first time here and she explained everything which was just so helpful. I will definitely be looking forward to coming back a lot more often! :)

Julia was our server for the night my partner and I were very confused at first but she was patient and explained how it all worked, she was the sweetest! For dessert my partner and I were very indecisive so Julia brought several pastries over to our table for us to pick the size and flavor of our preference! Beef and sausage were delicious and the side dish of shrimp were immaculate, she was kind enough to give us the shrimp on the house due to us being first timers. I will definitely be coming back for more of this great service and delicious food

Eveything was delicious I had the top sirloin rice beans spaghetti potato the garlic bread and the pastels everything was so delicious I left with a clean plate great prices and very clean space JULIA was absolutely amazing she was such. Sweet heart and made sure we understood the menu and everything they offer it’s 10.99 a pounds for by weight or 28 bucks for all you can eat for the food they serve it’s every well worth it and the fresh juice was just so amazing well refreshing and such a great taste loved the place and overall think I found me new little spot to go to for a quick delicious bite takeout or dine in and the desserts are just out of this world deliciousParking: There are some spots in front of the restaurant but not a lot

I tried them from a delivery order and will be making a trip to the store directly to see this deliciousness first hand. My only real gripe is i wish the plantains were green not yellow as it was a bit too sweet for me, but I enjoyed the meal, the meat was delicious and the sides were fresh and seasoned well.
