Honestly for a family business such as this, they are doing a good job. I have almost never had an issue when I order from here, and times when I did, they corrected it essentially right away. Their food is great. The people there are nice and know how to keep up with the pace and the stress of the food business. I don't see a need to drag a place like this down. Been coming here for forty years, food is always fresh and excellent ! just got a half tray of chicken parm, great price, fresh sauce, herbs and tons of chicken and mozzarella, just delicious ! With the price of food today at the markets, Giovanni's is the best deal in town.
Despite the Delivery times being a bit longer than advertised, the quality of the food and staff definitely makes up for it. Never had a better pizza on the North Shore and the Restaurant is very clean.
