There have been many complaints that this place is understaffed and i would like to agree. However, i have seen a girl walk in to apply for a job and the girl at the counter said they were not hiring, when in fact, there was a huge sign stating they were. The girls have good customer service but they seem a little unprofessional, as they have gotten my order wrong a few times and I have seen them handout five large free drinks to this group of boys that come by often. The drinks are ok, not the best.

it is so bad that i wish i could give this specific location a zero but, unfortunately i must give this place a one. i have come to this location multiple times on multiple occasions, i have seen the workers (great customer service, always) either work in a rush or work in slow service depending on the week, day, or even hour. the drinks are okay, not particularly my favorite but it’s usually made with love by the girls. these are young girls working in the food industry and the food industry is tough and i admire them for that. their company however seems understaffed and it is not fair, especially if these workers are working long hours and may or may not have breaks in between. truthfully, i would not buy or support this company any further for that matter.

The lemon drink in the bottom middle of the big menu is amazing! Got it with only 50% sweet bc I don't like super sweet things. Yummy addins!

Delicious, best strawberry milk tea ever and the taro milk tea was so good!
I was shopping at Northshore Mall, as I was in the area and feeling a little parched, I found this gem of a store! I’m a little familiar with Boba but the two workers on site were very quick to help me and very hospitable and finding me something great to try. I had to get their names and write a review because I believe this is one of my new go-to stores in the area and I would highly recommend it after the great costumer service showed. Ester and Jenny, thank you. Truly sweethearts there.
A little slow since they one have one person working. Definitely worth it and the price is perfect.

Walked in here tonight at 8:15 pm after Google said hours were open till 9pm. The doors were wide open and the guy at the register looked up and lifted his hand to make a shoo motion at me and said “No, closed”. Clearly a miserable human being, I would say is probably the owner or manager as he was counting the cash. Never coming back here again.

The “milk” tea tasted like water, tea and sugar. Pretty sure they gave me regular boba when I asked for brown sugar boba. Tea is not authentic and lacks overall flavor and decadence.

Northshore Mall has some new respect from me!
I was shopping at Northshore Mall, as I was in the area and feeling a little parched, I found this gem of a store!
