My sisters and I visited Salem, MA back in October and checked out three different ice cream shops. Holy Cow was definitely the best! I tried the Cold Brew Oreo while my sister chose the Boston Blackout, and both were absolutely incredible! This place truly stole the show during our trip. So delicious! We can’t wait to return to MA and stop by again!

Around 9pm on 11/7 my wife and I went to holy cow for ice cream, there was only one girl working there running around like crazy for a busy line before close, she was so pleasant and kind to us both even letting me try the flavor I couldn’t decide on before ordering, she had dark brown hair and glasses, I appreciated her customer service so much in spite of the busy solo shift. I wish I got her name as to mention in review, but who ever you are Thankyou so much for a wonderful experience!

Was nice but it's an outside place . But clean , service was great . There is parking and places to sit and it is clean . It's a walk up window you order from . Ice cream was delicious. I had the pumpkin Graham ice cream in a cup.
Vanilla was a little plain for being award winning. The oatmeal cookie was pretty good though. The pieces of cookie definitely put it over the top! The fresh waffle cones were really good and perfectly crisp.
Parking: Parking lot is a little tough to access if you're not coming from the side where the ice cream parlor is in your right.
