I had my daughter’s 2nd birthday here and I’m so happy I did! My party helper, Max, was absolutely amazing—he helped with everything and made the day run so smoothly. The food was great too—the pizza was delicious, and the chicken tenders and fries were a hit. Most importantly, the kids had such a fun time! I would definitely host another party here in the future!
For the amount of money one spends here - it’s pretty much a waste. Half the games were broken or just straight up ate out coins. Workers tending to the machines, which was like 60% left us with using the same ones over and over. The prize store is nothing special. However when I bought it up to mgmt they did give us 60 extra coins. The effort is appreciated but now this meant we had to go back and play more of the same boring games.
Great place to bring the kids. A must try!!!
Had an amazing experience at the restaurant inside the arcade and met Dawn (the manager) as she was our server for the night who absolutely nailed her customer service . Her warming welcoming the minute myself and my family walked in to everything being so good as we enjoyed our meals . Thank you Dawn ❤️ its people like you that we appreciate to have in the food industry .
Place was great! Only thing I would say though is come here on specific weekdays they have special offers!
Great place for kids
Brought a group that was booked in advance. We paid for laser tag ahead of time.... they tried to tell us they double booked and not allow us to do it. They forgot about a lot of the things we paid for... but the games were decent and it was clean.
Came here for date night for some food & arcades with the hubby.. Ordered a old fashioned for a drink and got a pizza.. they were made well.. The gaming part of our date really kind of ruined the whole experience and night for us as the credits for the games and the tickets you win all go onto the play card..which is fine.. But one game we had won 75 tickets and it stopped loading the card at just 23 tickets. Used the machine to check how much we won vs how much we received and we got jipped. We approached the guest desk and staff fixed the issue. Fine.. Another game was 10 credits.. i swiped my card.. It took the credits but never played the game.. Used the machine to check if it did take the credits off my card and it did. Had to wait in line at the guest desk again and have staff give me my 10 credits back. This was the theme for most of the night. We had to stay on top of credits and tickets because if you don’t u basically get robbed for your money, as if it doesn’t go fast enough here. I took the loss a couple times because i refused to wait in line again. Staff was nice enough but even they were like.. wth.. Most likely will NOT be back here.
Pricey, some days do have deals to save $. But the food is good and the kids love it.
Good games/prizes for the kids
Restaurantji Recommends
Expensive
It's quite nice and kids can spend easily about 2 to 3 hrs playing. The only catch is that all rides would require charge on card that needs to be prepaid before. We been there for a birthday party and for that I would definitely recommend as rooms are big and options available for large parties too
Nate was a great host! Definitely recommend this location
Lots to do, we did the arcade, not huge but there was a good amount to do. Some of them were down though and one just flat out didn't work when we used our credits but the employees were super nice and gave us the credits back and when we used our tickets to get the prizes they rounded up from 68 to 70. Bathrooms weren't the greatest but overall still a fun time. Spent $28 total for one card with 100 credits plus 10 extra bonus credits.
A lot of the machines were broken and kept eating up my points. The games were expensive. I got a $120 card and used half of it and left from frustration. The same money goes much further at wamesit lanes. I got two ring pops for my kids at $30 each.
