Our wedding cake was so dry it was cracking as well as only half done. The day before the wedding we got a call asking where our order was. We not only had an order already in but also got a special color that we had to pay extra for before they made it. We have pictures of ridiculous cake. Don’t waste your time or money. Especially if it’s involved with Danversport. Very rude people and barley answered the phone.

I Ordered a cake for my son’s birthday , the outside decoration was fine as it was VERY BASIC! The inside of the cake however was EXTREMELY disappointing!! There was WAY MORE hard “buttercream” frosting than there was cake! Everyone at the party was talking bad about it so it was extremely embarrassing and disappointing! I sent them a message where they READ my message and NEVER responded!! terrible customer service! Never recommending them !

JCakes made a spectacular multi-layer cake for our wedding. We tried cake from three different cake shops, and we liked JCakes the best - it wasn’t even close - truly some of the best cake I’ve ever had. They also had the best price of the cake shops we looked at. The cake at the wedding tasted amazing, and the decoration was spectacular and exactly as we hoped it would be, after discussions with them about how we wanted it to be decorated. We highly recommend hiring them for your wedding cake, and also dropping in for a delicious cupcake! (especially their “Samoa Cake”)

Their initial consultation was so welcoming and informative that we both left feeling comfortable and confident in our choice. The only difficult part was deciding which amazing desserts to choose from! We decided on assorted “fall” & classic flavored cupcakes for the guests and a single tier cake to cut for the ceremony. Everything was so delicious and our guests raved about all of the lovely desserts.

Each cupcake was perfectly decorated and tasted amazing—moist, flavorful, and not too sweet. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, just like before, making the entire experience seamless. I explained that in person and they made it super easy to make my idea become a reality. To say that my vision was met would be an understatement, my cake came out WAY BETTER THAN I ever could have imagined!!! Everyone loved it!!! Tasted amazing!!! Price was extremely reasonable for the quality and personal touches!!! Customer service is excellent from ordering to pickup!!! The other cakes, cookies, and cupcakes that I have had there as well have always been super fresh and delicious. Highly recommended!!!
