J cakes was the best place we could have chosen for our wedding cake! Our wedding was last year, and we just picked up our complimentary 1 year wedding cake, which tasted just as delicious as it did the day of our wedding. Our 3-tier wedding cake was so delicious, fresh and beautiful! Customer service is 10/10, they were so easy to work with and they listened to what we wanted. The whole process was smooth and well done. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great place that does beautiful and tasty wedding cakes.

We are so happy we used Jcakes for our wedding. The whole process was extremely easy, We did our cake tasting and a wonderful woman, Beth, helped us decide that we wanted to do, and we ended up with a three tier. That was such a great decision because we got to do three different flavors of cake in one! Our guests said that the cake was amazing, and we definitely agree. It was delicious. They also delivered the cake right to our venue on time is as they had stated they would. I will definitely be going back to them for any other cake needs when were back in town!

Our wedding cake was so dry it was cracking as well as only half done. The day before the wedding we got a call asking where our order was. We not only had an order already in but also got a special color that we had to pay extra for before they made it. We have pictures of ridiculous cake. Don’t waste your time or money. Especially if it’s involved with Danversport. Very rude people and barley answered the phone.

I reached out to J Cakes on Facebook regarding having a custom came made. The staff responded quickly and I was able to call and book a custom cake for my boyfriends birthday. They crushed my request. He absolutely loved it!

I Ordered a cake for my son’s birthday , the outside decoration was fine as it was VERY BASIC! The inside of the cake however was EXTREMELY disappointing!! There was WAY MORE hard “buttercream” frosting than there was cake! Everyone at the party was talking bad about it so it was extremely embarrassing and disappointing! I sent them a message where they READ my message and NEVER responded!! terrible customer service! Never recommending them !

JCakes made a spectacular multi-layer cake for our wedding. We tried cake from three different cake shops, and we liked JCakes the best - it wasn’t even close - truly some of the best cake I’ve ever had. They also had the best price of the cake shops we looked at. The cake at the wedding tasted amazing, and the decoration was spectacular and exactly as we hoped it would be, after discussions with them about how we wanted it to be decorated. We highly recommend hiring them for your wedding cake, and also dropping in for a delicious cupcake! (especially their “Samoa Cake”)
