Great meal and good service. Few restaurants in the area have the selection and thing seafood flavors that they offer.
Great, but you do pay for it.

Living in the past. Over priced, small portions, just average flavor.

We dined at Legal's on a late Sunday afternoon so the restaurant was not very busy. The staff was appropriately attentive, answered many questions from our party about the drink and dinner options. Dinner was delicious!
I ordered Uber eats for this Legal Seafood and the steak was not cooked it looked boiled instead of grilled and I couldn’t even chew it because it was so hard, the lobster tail was basically a baby lobster tail, I’ve never seen a lobster tail so tiny and it was overcooked it tasted like rubber, the fish sandwich started promising until my husband got to the middle which tasted old and looked like it was going bad, the only thing eatable was the French fries the mashed potatoes and the broccoli but I didn’t pay over $100 to eat fries, mashed potatoes and broccoli very disappointed I was treating myself to a nice dinner because it was my son’s birthday who passed away and I just wanted something nice for this day and that completely ruined it

Salmon was raw in the middle. Had to send it back twice. Shrimp was also undercooked. Manager made it right but by the time the salmon was done right, the shrimp was cold and sides were as well. Still charged for the entire meal, but did get one free desert out of the deal.
A shadow of its former self when it was ran by the Berkowitz's. Merely okay. We have tried it from time to time in hopes that it would capture the spirit and quality it used to have, but we come away disappointed.
For fresh fish and chowder, Turner's, Finz, and Sea Level are much better options.

Waitress (maybe Alex) was great!!! 10/10 Food was very good! Oysters were delicious! The only problem was the water. Terrible tasting water! Would have bought bottled but the bottle is huge!
Love, love the oysters 🦪 which was $1 each on Tuesdays, and I had 18 just for myself....😋😋😋 It's never disappointing at Legal for their seafood dishes, fresh and prepared Right!!! 💕

Great night out, loved our waiter thought he was great ... food was good got the crab cake and shrimp alway a home run, had the non alcoholic blackberry drink and really enjoyed that... corn an shrimp chowder replaced lobster bisque, prob not the best move from LSF i dint love that chowder and lobster bisque is always a great option .... Overall it was fun
We were very disappointed. We traveled from Minnesota and were looking forward to this dining experience. Two of the four orders came incorrect and a third meal had coleslaw on a heated plate so it was hot too. They did nothing to make it right.
Waitress excellent. Better ambience than Lynnfield which has too much a cafeteria feel. Baked stuffed lobster good-liked stuffing (held peppers) but not a lot of lobster there, for the money.
The place is Always clean; the staff is Always very helpful and extremely nice. We go here at least 1 time per month. Great for dinner or a date. The bar is also exceptionally large and well-staffed. The greeting staff was VERY courteous. Overall, a great place to dine with reasonable prices.
3 of the 4 meals were threat & delicious. The flounder was overcooked and uneatable. The waitress didn't come over to check on us until we were through eating & the diner with the bad meal didn't want to call her over or make a scene She did reduce the price of that entree. We did tip on the FULL amount including the flounder
