Girl answering the phone was helpful and courteous. The food was nothing special. The chicken teriyaki was unlike any I've ever seen...very large and unappealing looking...did not touch. Beef teriyaki was fatty but this is typical chinese fare. Spicy shredded chicken dish was not shredded; was typical, puffy chicken. I'm not sure how/why chinese restaurants do this with chicken...its like they let it sit in water to expand it (?). Why anyone would prefer this over the chicken at a thai restaurant is beyond me. We don't eat chinese often and this was a reminder as to why.

Not many veggies in the vegetable lo mein! Few pieces of old broccoli, and a couple slivers of onions. No carrots, one peapod. Pepper steak with onion was VERY SALTY and fatty.

I love lucky house I have been coming here ever since they Opened and I have yet to be disappointed. I love the people who work here the owners are very nice and always greet me with a Friendly smile, which I appreciate. I pray these folks make a lot of money this year because they deserve it. First time I ordered food from there. And everything was without a doubt WONDERFUL. The food was in very good quantity, at the perfect temperature, it was delicious. The delivery was very fast and the man was super nice and kind.
This place went down hill in a landslide once they switched owners. They took half the menu off. And the prices are now way more than before!! I would say they are extremely consistent with giving you smaller portions again an again.. This place also struggles to speak English when you call them!! So it’s easier just to order online than to try and speak broken English. It’s truly a shame the old owners sold because these new people are horrendous. I would not recommend this place. Also for a delivery that’s ten minutes away from them be prepared for at least an hour wait!
