The establishment offers a warm, family-friendly environment and outstanding service. It is always a pleasure to visit and enjoy the diverse menu, which caters to every occasion. Thanks Luigi’s Family
I have not been here for the breakfast or lunch,
but have been for ice cream. They serve Richardson's
ice cream, which in my opinion, is the best.
What I would like to know is what are the hours that ice cream is served? And is it 7 days a week?
There is no indoor seating for ice cream, but there are many picnic tables. Great local neighborhood place for ice cream
Carol is fabulous!!

Very friendly staff, the food is excellent! The best hot coffee we had in Peabody and Salem. It may not look like much on the inside, try the food, it will shine. Great flavor.

The waitress was nice, except when I asked her about the Irish egg Benedict’s, she said it was the same as regular Benedict. There was no description on the menu. It came w/ corn-beef hash. I don’t eat that. He got pancakes, which were ok. We both ordered homefries and they were overly salty and texture was strange. Needless to say, it was pretty awful for a $40 breakfast. We left a $6 tip for the waitress. We came here bc it had a 4.4 out of 5 stars. Disappointing.

Loved arties, but they did need to clean it up and renovate. Think the food is much better now....also more expensive. The waitresses are attentive and nice.
Edit: just got charger $35 for 2 breakfast sandwiches and a medium coffee lol, miss arties now.
Came here tonight and ordered a fluffernutter sundae, but was told no specialty sundaes. Ordered a hot fudge sundae, but they didn't have whipped cream so it was just fudge and nuts. No pints. They also had a sign that said "no soft serve". Half the menu is taped off it's like what do I even order?

I'm giving a 3 because I feel like this must have been a fluke off day based on other reviews ... Wait time was long, server did not ask to refill coffee once, ordered the California Benedict with bacon added and they came back to tell me they were out of avocado, totally fine! Just bacon and tomatoes on it please...they they brought me a regular eggs Benedict and still charged me for the California + bacon. I was eager to leave so I gave her my card and didn't see the receipt til after. Honestly not a great experience.

The highlight of my experience here has undoubtedly been the exceptional staff. I've visited a few times and had the pleasure of being served by Paulina and Sydney, who were both incredibly kind and attentive. Honestly, I’m not sure I’ve ever encountered better waitresses, and I've spent the last five years touring diners across New England!
As for the food, it was solid. The quality and portions were what I'd expect from a local spot like this, though the prices were slightly higher than anticipated.

We go to Luigi's early for a nice quiet breakfast. It's our favorite family place to go. Staff is always cheerful and speedy. The waffle and banana won't disappoint!
