Very disappointed from the service in this restaurant, Carmelo rushing us from the moment we seat our food was not cook properly and we call him to tell him our food was not cooked properly and giving us a attitude we ask for ketchup and told us there is not ketchup them my steak is undercooked and told me the my steak was cook properly it wasn’t very pleasant to deal with i told him I didn’t want my steak anymore and he even brought back after i told him i I didn’t want anymore and still charged me for it unfortunately there was no manager to talk to ether definitely not going back

This was my second time having dinner at this placed firts time i feel like i was been rush, now this second time and last was the worse Carmelo was rushing us from the moment we seat he want us to order right way and my dinner a Risotto was not fully cook and my server trying to give a attitude because i tried to tell him that i was no cook properly And my mothers steak wasn’t cook properly and he took her plate with a attitude great food but they rush out from the moment you see and Marcelo the server has a attitude, i would never go back only because of service they give and there was to manager to talk to this is why i write this review.

So delicious. Great lemoncello martinis and delicious lemoncello cake. Fabulous hand made bread, I just can't say enough good things.

Incredibly overpriced, not good at all.I got the caesar salad ($14), it was a giant bowl of huge romaine pieces (mostly yellow pieces), and a side of basic caesar dressing.. tasted like market basket brand. Honestly the most pathetic and overpriced salad. It had 2 mini rice balls but that didnt help make up for the how lame it was lol.I think the chef was out of garlic, onion and any other flavorful seasoning. The chicken marsala was oddly sweet, like they put sugar in it. The chicken parm was obnoxiously huge and had about a half pound of melted cheese on it, the presentation was impressive but it was not good.I ate here about 6 years ago, it was okay, I dunno what happened. Also, the decor is wicked tacky.

Based on the location, I was expecting a decent, but not spectacular dining experience. I was very pleasantly surprised. Our waiter was super friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and very attentive. The food was fantastic! Our table ordered the Calamari (perfectly fried and not rubbery), and the evening’s specials. The presentation was very nice, portion sizes were filling, and the flavors were very authentic. I remember vacations by the food I eat, and this will be one of my highlights.
Great Italian restaurant. Had an excellent time on Valentines Day. Food is amazing. Highly recommend.

The best Italian Food I’ve had on the North Shore. Brings the North End feeling closer to home. The owner is on top of everything ensuring the customers have a great experience and I can assure you we did. Will definitely be back!!
