Number one food. My wife got the fish and chips. She only got two pieces of fish and the tartar sauce was not good at all. I ordered their signature dish mustard encrusted chicken with green beans and mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were okay but the green beans tasted like they were sitting for a while and had a banana taste to it which was very strange and not good at all the chicken. If it was not for the lemon aioli I would have probably not liked it. It was a little too dry for my taste, but the lemon aioli had more flavor than the actual chicken. The best food we tasted was the bread and butter. The butter was great and it had spices but not worth going back for unfortunately number two service. The service was great. The woman who helped us was very kind and very understanding. Was also very helpful with giving me ideas for what to order considering that I am completely blind and could not read the menu number three atmosphere. It was not loud at all, although it was about half full. I did appreciate that they're televisions for sports was not as loud as other restaurants nearby, however wasn't going to the bathroom. The men's room where the toilet is I could not even lock the door. I'm not sure if it was broken but there was a hole with a metal piece inside that I kept having to pick my finger at which is gross. The place was accessible, no stairs but again I would not recommend and unfortunately I would not return. My wife and I felt failed and disappointed
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs to go in or out and use the restrooms

Delicious as always. The giant Oktoberfest pretzel was a true winner. It arrived dangling from a chrome hook with a dish of mustardy cheese. Great flavor on both the pretzel and cheese dip.

We were pleasantly surprised by how good the experience was here! Food way surpassed expectations. We dined during an off time. Service was ok but not outstanding. Cosmo tasted like sugary juice so only ordered one. The Korean beef & noodle bowl was outstanding! So was the super crunch salad, although a bit too much quinoa. I keep wanting to go back, but usually go somewhere else b/c the drinks weren’t too good.

I’m part of the Big Brother Big Sister program. Today is the 4th or 5th time we planned to eat at Tony C’s. My younger “Little” doesn’t like the menu here but we have been able to bring in food from the food court the last four times (with full knowledge of the serving staff).
Today we were informed by the manager that we could not stay because of health department reasons. He wasn’t interested in listening to our story of the previous 4 times. I’m not going to say this had nothing to do w my Littles being persons of color but the thought crossed my mind. Like why was today different? Consistency is important. Rules are rules but the way we were abruptly spoken to and dismissed was disturbing to say the least. BTW the place was empty.

Its our first time to dine here, and the foods were really awesome! Our server Dillon was very attentive, polite & very professional in dealing with his customers, And shout out to their managers on duty which I really forgot their respective names, they are both awesome & friendly. 5 stars for you 3. I have been coming here since my kids were little but it's been a while. Sad to say we won't be back. This place went down hill. Our food tasted like a microave dinner. So gross. And the waitress could have cared less. She saw we barely ate it and never offered something different, asked what was wrong, or offered to take it off the bill. It was overpriced, $100 for 3 people. No drinks or apps. Just the meals and lemonaide. We overheard the people next to us complain about their food and the waiter cared less and did the same thing to them. Maybe new training so as to save money, who knows but they definitely lost business.

Food was excellent. Feel bad for our waitress as she was also tending the bar. Still tipped her well as that was not her fault. They just didn't have the staff to cover everything.
Wife ordered her old standby, Mustard Crusted Chicken. Others had the Chicken Parmesan. Everything arrived perfectly seasoned. The fresh focaccia bread and seasoned, cheesy oil is a welcome accompaniment. Service was excellent.

We haven’t been to a Not Your Average Joe’s in quite some time. Shopping at the mall on Saturday, we decided to stop in for a late lunch. Hubby had the gluten-free turkey avocado club with coleslaw and I had the grilled chicken southwestern salad. Abby was our server and she was friendly, bubbly and attentive.
Both meals were very good, prices were reasonable, restaurant appeared to be recently renovated and other servers were also friendly and covered for one another.
We would return!

We ate at the bar and saw a new list of summer apps. They all looked good but decided to try the crab Rangoon flatbread. It was good but my tweak would be a smidge of old bay seasoning in the cream cheese to give the authentic Rangoon flavor. The lump crab was tasty and the crispy wontons finished it off nicely. I would like to try the new pretzels next time.
Kid-friendliness: We ate at the bar but there were kids in the restaurant and in outside seating. They have many kids meals to choose from.
