My server Samantha S was great! Super attentive and sweet. Made sure that I was taken care of all evening. My food was perfect. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the gingerbread martini, just too thick of a consistency for me, but I was just happy to get my little koala haha!

I like ordering out from Outback Steakhouse. I really like the steak and it is an easy and convenient option if you want to have the steak experience without paying for an overly priced steak. I usually get a 6 oz steak broccoli and either a regular or sweet potato. The food is always cooked well and the service is quick.

Just ordered take out from the bar, waited 15 minutes paid the bill, when we got home the order was WRONG. Green beans instead of a bake potato. Asked for dressing to be applied not on the side, WRONG again. Left $8.00 tip for $40,00 take out. She NEVER checked order to confirm it was correct. Never again

Met friends who came up from Florida. We all placed appetizers orders. Blooming onion, mushrooms, mozzarella sticks. Well she forgot the Blooming onion. And she came to take our order. No Blooming onion. Mind you there are probably 6 tables that had customers and 6 waitresses. She apologized again for the Blooming onion. Kept saying its coming. Our orders were very strait forward. Steaks with sides. 3 of us got plain baked potatoes and one got sweet potato with honey butter, sugar and cinnamon. We finally got the Blooming onion. It was a 30 minute wait. We got our dinners at the same time. And all the baked potatoes were loaded. So those went back. The sweet potato had nothing on it. Back they went and the potatoes arrived sweet potato still plain. So she asked for the honey butter and cinnamon and sugar. She got regular butter and asked again for what she ordered took 15 minutes for her to receive. The steaks were cooked well but very fatty. Mine was so fatty a 16oz steak had probably 2 Oz of meat that was edible. Service terrible. Food mediocre at best.

The good? The steak. It was delicious and cooked perfectly. The bad? Everything was greasy, the shrimp was overseasoned, the chicken was burned/cooked in dirty oil with bits of burned something all over it, and the entire meal came out ice cold. Our waiter was nowhere to be found because he was being harassed by some obnoxious drunk at the bar - definitely not his fault. They did comp the cold meal, and the host and waiter were very sweet. Had the meal been at least edible, I would have been satisfied. No, we did not send anything back as it was 100% a kitchen issue.

We came in earlier in the week and didn’t have the best experience BUT Autumn the manager reached out to make it right. We went back tonight and she made sure our new experience and service was top tier. We were very well taken care of. Thank you again Autumn, you’re the best!
