Who’s running this place ? I tried to do order so I can take it on the go, they take me to the back then I’m waiting 15 minutes just to order on a weekday, so I leave. Like how hard is it to be attentive, I wouldn’t recommend and place an order on the go at least..

This is the second order we made through Uber Eats on my husband’s account and they forgot the drink and this time the drink and the blooming onions on both burgers, we pay around $20 a burger I expect to have what I ordered, this is frustrating we used to love this place but with every order something is wrong. I don’t think I’ll be ordering here just dining in if they can’t get delivery orders correct

My son and his family gave us a generous gift certificate for the Outback Steakhouse or three other restaurants in which we picked Outback Steakhouse in Somerville, ma. Last week and today the Outback on Rte 114 in Peabody, Ma.! I can say both restaurants had a wonderful waitstaff and the food was delicious and exactly what we ordered! We absolutely are looking forward to going back to both of these restaurants since we don’t live very far from either one!
I ordered on line and picked up. Ordering was easy, food came out to the curb as soon as I texted my parking number and food was great!!

There's nothing like going to the Outback Steakhouse for dinner, always a great time! My friend and I got the fried boomerangs to split, which I renamed the bomb-erangs because they're so good! We both got delicious drinks; I got a boozy cherry limeade, and my friend got a house margarita. For dinner, I got the Tasmanian chili, which was delicious, but on the small side, so it's almost more of an appetizer. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful.
The food came out hot and our steaks were cooked properly. Our salads were wilted and not fresh. The restaurant really needs to be cleaned. The service was friendly but very slow.

Waitress was prompt, attentive, and personable.
Update went last night 12/11 waitress was mia. We had empty drinks for 23 minutes, she never came out of the back the entire time. Only got part of my plate, had to ask for the rest of it. Sat for an additional 18 minutes when we were done so we could ask for a take home container.
Note: two other waitresses we saw in less than 5 minute intervals checking on their people.

My server Samantha S was great! Super attentive and sweet. Made sure that I was taken care of all evening. My food was perfect. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the gingerbread martini, just too thick of a consistency for me, but I was just happy to get my little koala haha!
