These folks always crush it! They address allergies up front before you even order which is always a bonus for me. They know everything in their food and meals are cooked to perfection. Service is always 5 star

If I could give this place zero stars I would. If you are a person of color i highly recommend to find a different establishment to spend your hard earned money. My husband and I booked an 11am brunch reservation for Valentine’s Day. When we were brought to our table the lights weren’t even on all the way, we didn’t receive water until asking 3 times and waiting 15 minutes. It was not until a Caucasian couple was sat in our section that they turned on the lights, brought water, and served them the breadsticks first. Within the first 20 minutes of our reservation we were disregarded and barely greeted. We left the restaurant and immediately regretted not sticking to our original steakhouse go to which is Mooo in Boston. If you have children with you celebrating any special occasion i highly recommend Mooo. They will never make you feel second class and will always prioritize every customers’ needs. Don’t waste your money at Pellana - they are a wanna be high scale steak house with nothing to show for it.

I secured the private room on a thursday night for a business function.. I worked and secured it thru Amy. I have delt with her before and she's so unprofessional and very difficult to deal with. I probably spent 10K at this restaurant last year and spent 5200 last night. There was a 4k minimum which we met but that didn't include tip. When we got the bill although it was 3k they charged us an extra 1k to meet minimum. and then they added a tip and 250 room charge. Everyone except the waiter Nicole was so unpleasant, ungrateful and borderline RUDE. Anyone doing a business function please consider a different venue. Hard earned money is better spent where people are friendly and appreciate your business. Amy should be spoken to by her boss on ethics and professional standards of conduct in business.

While “hidden” across the street from Bagel World, this culinary oasis is a must to dine at. The menus present offered diner for lunch or the lunch menu alone, which was more that adequate. Selecting the 8oz Filet mignon with a side of asparagus, was satisfying beyond expectations. My guest enjoyed a Caesar Salad toped with blackened chicken that was moist that was more than enough. Pellana Steakhouse is a place to savor as a special treat for business or pleasure.

What an Amazing experience!! After wanting to visit Pellana Steakhouse for years, finally the time came to celebrate my handsomes birthday. What better place? The ambiance, what a beautiful space. Old world charm, with a whince of newday beauty. The food, speechless...... from start to finish, Amazing. The Tomahawk steak for both of us was one of the best I've had. The potatoes Augratin & asparagus were a great addition. The drinks, Yum!!! Dessert..... we went for the bread pudding. A Must Have!!! Our server, Ryan. What can I say about visiting a restaurant and having a stupendous server. From answers to all our questions, to providing history on the restaurant and the beauty of the space and staff. What a great accompaniment to our night. Thankfully, the Mr. fell in love and says we'll certainly be back. I'm a foodie, and what I can definitely say is, Pellana you left me speechless!!!! Thank you for an amazing evening celebrating the life of one of my biggest loves. ❣️

I enjoyed dining at pellana steakhouse in Peabody. The ambience was wonderful. The weight staff was professional and friendly. The food was cooked perfectly. My steak was just the right temperature and portions were large. There is nothing that this restaurant could have done better than they did last night. We always return to this restaurant it never disappoints.

Every dish is complemented by an impressive wine list and well-executed cocktails, which elevate the entire meal. Pairing a bold red with your steak or a refreshing drink with a fresh seafood plate truly enhances the flavors and adds to the experience.
Our waiter was fantastic. Food came out perfect. Only nitpick is the layout of the “mocktails” page in the drink menu; we almost ordered non-alcoholic wine. Recommend labeling the page at the top as “Alcohol Free” or similar.

If you're looking for a high quality steak dinner with attentive service and an energetic atmosphere on the North Shore, Pellana is a good choice. It's pricey and a challenge to find a quiet table, but if your willing to accept those characteristics you shouldn't be disappointed.
