Rude, rush you when ordering, which makes them get it wrong because,,, they rushed, then you wait, and wait a lot more, overpriced, your fault when order is wrong "that's not what you said" pushy with tip machine pushed in your face, overall arrogant, You drive up in a good mood,, leave aggravated. Bagels are good if it's worth it to you.

The best bagels around and absolutely amazing cappuccino. The only reason for the 4 stars vs 5 on service is because the young girl I constantly get just doesn't seem to want to be there. Don't get me wrong service is fast, orders come out exactly how you ordered them. However, the counter staff taking your order should, at the very least, be pleasant.

Exceptional bagels and staff was very responsive to food allergies. I informed the staff about a food allergy and they immediately marked our order and informed the manager. This doesn't always happen and for people that deal with food allergies Perfecto's gets a strong recommendation from us. We give it a 4.6 out of five. The place is great!
