I love the bagels and a lot of the items on the menu. The thing I actually do not like there is the coffee. To me it just taste burnt.. Maybe it's just me, but I just don't like it at all. But everything else I get there is grade between the Panini's and all the other goodies. The people who work there are always very nice also.

Love the coffee, but they get 1 star for service. My order was wrong, after I mentioned this to the employee, she just ignored it. After I mentioned a second time, she brushed it off again. So I am stuck with the wrong order and no food. Disappointing drive thru

I'm a delivery driver for Grubhub and DDash, these girls are the best. Flying around with a crazy amount of orders and everything always comes out perfect. Very knowledgeable and you can see they value their customers and and are pleasant to deal with.

Peabody location: One person is good, I tap my phone on the screen (mobile pay) that's it, and then throw a $1 tip in cash. The rest try to force feed you into leaving a tip by shoving a large pay pad at you. Its almost impossible to select no tip. As most know, this is aggrarvating and this business takes top prize in this pushy practice. My daughter loves a certain item there so I go but I get her the one item and then go next door to dd to get the rest where they have what perfectos dosent-- freindly,fast service with no con games to intimidate and belittle you into tipping them.

The bagels are good but the service is awful. The lady at the drive thru looks like she hates everyone. While I'm paying with card, she walks away and has a cook hand me my food. The owner must not care because there are multiple reviews on here stating the same.

Perfecto's is a hidden gem. Excellent, unique coffee flavors that are always changing, delicious scratch made pastries, and one of a kind fresh breakfast sandwiches. Highly recommend their farmers special breakfast sandwich. The service is always fast and attentive, the business is clean, and you can often find the owner there making sure everything is done correctly.

Great coffee, delicious sandwiches! I like to get the egg, turkey and cheese on a croissant. Delicious! The service is super friendly and the food comes out quickly! It took me a couple visits to realize there is a drive through. When you come into the lot, drive behind the behind the office park and then you will see it. Will be back many more times! Cafe inside is cute and a great place to quickly catch up with a friend.
