This place was overpriced for sub par food. $30 for a chicken finger dinner and small pizza. I picked up promptly after the 20 minutes they told me. Fries were soggy, chicken fingers tough, the pizza was tiny, greasy, and the sauce was too sugary.

So, to start with, my onionrings were cooked way too early and became soggy and un-eatable. The salad was great except they didn't put salad dressing in the bag. Now for the main complaint. I asked for med/raw, and they were well done. Tasty, but over cooked. I don't think the cook knows the difference between raw, medium, and well done. Never again will i go to this location. I'll stick with Pete's a Place next to the ball field in Danvers. Much better place.

I always order chicken wings with buffalo sauce Did’t receive the sauce today, called them back and said they didn’t send it to me. Instead of solving my problem, and send me the sauce a girl who answered the phone simply said I didn’t hear you asking for buffalo sauce.
Food l is mediocre at best, People were super friendly, I don't think they use quality products , manly frozen nothing taste fresh .

We visited the establishment today and unfortunately witnessed the owner or manager dismissing an employee in a disrespectful manner. The individual was instructed to leave in a raised voice. It is essential to maintain professionalism and treat employees with respect. If an employee is not meeting expectations, it is advisable to address the matter privately. I empathize with the remaining team members who must endure this behavior on a daily basis.

Didn't put much meat on our sausage pizza. Pizza is tasty, but dry. Not much sauce or cheese. Online menu has incorrect prices, and doesn't tell you the sizes of the 3 different sizes listed. Just says small, large, and pan. Then the guy is rude and clueless to the sizes when you ask on the phone. They may be busy, but no excuse for rudeness, or not knowing how big a pan pizza is!
