Perfect small Italian restaurant! Food, drinks and service was top notch! I got the Chicken Parm and it did not disappoint! My best friends order from here all the time so I can see why they took me here for my bday celebration š¾ can't wait to come back.

I stopped in this evening hoping to have dinner for two. The hostess made direct eye contact with me as I waited politely for her to finish a conversation with another employee. When I quietly gestured for a table, she continued speaking as if I werenāt there. The colleague she was chatting with then turned and gave us a look so sharp it could have sliced through the air.
Moments later, another staff memberāa thin, middle-aged woman with medium-length brown hairāapproached to tell us the wait would be an hour to an hour and a half. We thanked her, declined, and left. Out of curiosity, I called from the car just a few minutes later and was told there was no wait at all and asked if I wanted to put my name in.
Itās disheartening when the obstacle to a good meal isnāt the wait time, but the welcome.

Umā¦ wow! Cannot say enough about the great food. We had Ravioli di Arogosto and Chicken Limone. Both deliciousā¦ the chicken was very large. The arogosto just right. Service was fast and furious but amazing with Shannon. Great atmosphere! Thank you!

Petrillo's Italian Kitchen is a must try! Been ordering from here for years and have yet to be disappointed. Huge portions, great prices and the friendliest staff in the city. Hands down the best chicken parmigiana!

A real nice and friendly experience with a wonderful server. She made our experience extra special with a fabulous North Shore dialect and kindness. The food was good for lunch. I am curious to go back for dinner when I am next in the area. Iāll update this review when I do. All in all, this is a solid place to eat.

Excellent service to fix a mistake that was on our part in ordering. Amazing salads and the entreeās were as good as if they were homemade. The portions were more than generous. Weāll be back

This place was referred to us and we decided to take a look. Our server, Erica, was lovely and so friendly, attentive to our drink and food order. The marinara sauce was more of an orange sauce than red as we are used to. The calamari was very clean-fried to perfection, however the marinara sauce turned us off. I wish we had an opportunity to try it before we placed our meals-because we would have chose differently.
