Would highly recommend. Everything looked quite good but the soup pots seem to be the way to go, but I'd definitely go back and try other things on the menu. Mixed drinks are quite good and well thought out regarding the ingredients! It was a little chilly in the restaurant but maybe it was a cold night.
I went here with a big group for my son's birthday - our first time here. It was excellent! Great food, really fun process with the hot pot. And the staff were wonderful. I highly recommend!
Honestly, it's a nice place. Friendly staff. Overall that stuff is on par.
The food experience is pretty average. You can drive to Tokyo steak house in Saugus or one of the places in Malden and get the same quantity of meat/toppings for half the price.

Our server was great! He guided us through the menu and hot pot experiences exceptionally! He also helped us with our tea leaf purchases after our meal and was very kind and generous. All we wish is that we remembered his name!! Overall 10/10 definitely plan on going again for another special occasion!
It is definitely a wonderful spot The food is great everything is good The bespoke drinks are really worth it for alcohol and non-alcoholic definitely worth the visit if you make it over there
Very helpful and great service. Food was awesome and they kept filling up our pot too so we all eat an entire meal and then left with a whole Nother meal. Very impressive, and a must try if you’re in the area.

POTS in Peabody is already an amazing spot, but Allison is truly what keeps us coming back. She remembers us every time we walk in and carries so much compassion and warmth in every interaction. It never feels forced with her; she’s genuinely attentive, personable, and makes the whole experience feel special.
We’ve been here multiple times, and the food, atmosphere, and people are always top-tier, but Allison takes the service to another level. She’s the kind of server every restaurant wishes they had.
If you’re going to POTS, you’re in great hands, but if you’re lucky enough to have Allison, it’s even better. Highly recommend!

It was my first time being to a hot pot style restaurant and it was amazing. The staff was super friendly, explained the whole process in an easy to understand way, the food was phenomenal and plentiful for the price! We came from Maine to try it and will definitely be back!
This place was super cute and intimate! The food was awesome and a great portion for the prices. The service was amazing and our servers were so sweet and helpful!! Get a tea too it’s delish!

1st time at this Hot pot speakeasy. You have to get through the secret door hidden by containers of tea. Broth was delicious just a nice tingle of spice. Meats were fresh and tasty. The Mushroom Plate was great as well. Only down side is paying for the sauce bar and not having a bowl to make the sauce just a small 3 part dipping tray. Other than that meal was delicious!

The atmosphere was amazing and the food was even better! The drinks were also just as good and fun! This was my first time at a hot pot restaurant and the waitress was great with explaining everything and accommodating to even our guest with food allergies! It's a definite must try! And we didn't have to travel into Boston for such a great experience!
This is my boyfriend and I’s new favorite restaurant! We love hotpot and always make the trek to Boston to get it, but when we saw that this place was on the North Shore, we had to try it. And we think it is BETTER than all of our favorite hotpot restaurants in Chinatown! The meat selections are so delicious (the garlic marinated beef is especially divine), the broth choices are so flavorful, I love “choosing my own destiny” at the sauce bar, and the service is outstanding. Emma served us our first time dining in, and she was so fantastic, warm, friendly, and knowledgeable! She went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great experience, gave good recommendations, and was so helpful to other diners who may have been a little less familiar with the hotpot experience. Literally 24 hours after our first meal, we went back again with our friend who was visiting! Absolutely love this place and look forward to coming back many times. Also, I love the decor inside!!

Definitely a 1 ⭐️
VERY DISAPPOINTED !!! Been looking so forward to going to your restaurant since I heard there was a Hot Pot restaurant in Peabody. Sadly I’ve tried 2 times to dine with you on 2 different days.
This last time you state on your website that you open at 4:00 on Thursday 7/10. We arrive at 4:10, to fine by your sign on the door saying that you open at 5:00 on Thursdays. We think we’ll grab a drink and come back. We come back again and your doors are locked. Again very disappointed in your lack of customer service. Why don’t let customers in on your secret hours ? Since we’ve tried 2 different times to visit you I don’t think you warrant a 3rd try no matter how much I love a good hot pot. It would be nice to hear an excuse or any response from you but I feel I should post and write a “review” of the lack of experience I’ve had.

My first time trying a hot pot restaurant. The entrance to the dining room was surprising! Pots’s dining room is very cleverly decorated to resemble eating outside by a food truck. We ordered the largest dinner with every type of protein imaginable, and 2 broths. It was an impressive amount of food. But this wasn’t my favorite style of dining. The raw meats & seafood on the table was not appetizing for me. While the broth is really hot and there is a recommended time for each kind of item to cook, I did think many times about cross-contamination and “what if this isn’t fully cooked?” Clams fell out of their shell while cooking and got lost on the bottom of the broth. Overall, this was fun time doing something out of the ordinary. I probably won’t go back.
