I can’t wait to go back here. The front of the store is like a speakeasy in that it looks like a tea shop until they open the hidden door. The cocktail menus were so fun (I got the Lady Marmalade and it was great). The presentation of the hot pot ingredients on tiered platters and clothesline-esque racks was great. We loved the spicy broth in particular. Everything was delicious and the staff was so nice.

The night we went, I’d recommend a reservation.

OMG the cocktails are divine, really fun and unique hot pot spot. HIGHLY recommend, esp for a laid back but unique and fun date night. Can’t wait to come back!

Food was fine... Room looks exactly like it did when it was a Mexican restaurant. The waitress explained how it worked, but it was confusing. We figured it out and enjoyed our meals. It all went downhill when we were finishing up and the manager (not our waitress) came over and asked if we needed anything else because the table needed to be turned over in 15 minutes. We told her we hadn't even been there for an hour and wanted dessert and another round of drinks, and she apologized, but at that point we just wanted to leave.

Great option in a vegan restaurant desert! Wanted to celebrate my birthday at a place that had great options for me and family with other specific dietary restrictions and pots was a great choice! Staff is knowledgeable and the menu lets you DIY your experience? Updated from previous review on 2024-08-19

Food was fresh and good - would have like to see a bit more variety on the vegetables offered Staff helpful and friendly Chairs / table was a bit awkward, no place to hang purse and felt very fast food setup like. This could use some improvement. Overall good experience and would return.

When you first walk in, you wonder if you're in the correct spot. It looks like a tea house when you enter, but then you go through another door like a speakeasy AND Whoa! You find this little hidden gem. We've had the hot both experience in Boston, but this perfectly decorated restaurant is just as good or even better than in the city. We loved the speciality drinks, really unique & super tasty. The hot pot broth is such an interactive, fun & super healthy dinner to share. Always so many options. But, it was the service that will have us coming back for sure. Alison & Luciano were absolutely amazing, so attentive, informative. They were so incredible & they made the night extra special.

The service and atmosphere were nice, but oh my goodness the food is
A) wildly overpriced
B) very low quality ingredients, we were left feeling very strange after eating the food and we are organic eaters so we are sensitive to low quality ingredients and we can easily tell that there were strange chemicals.

This place is really a hidden gem. The atmosphere is really unique, it’s almost like a little speakeasy as when you walk in you almost think: “is this the right place?” I believe it used to be a Mexican restaurant so there is some kind of food truck cutout on the wall! Service is decently quick, not to mention I have been there multiple times in a large group with no reservation and they have made it work. The food is great, they tell you how long to cook it and there are many options that everyone will find something to enjoy. You can pick what you want custom but the packages have enough variety as is in my opinion. They have many tea options that sound cool as well but I don’t drink tea

Vegetarian options: There are definitely vegetarian options but it is kind of a communal thing and you’d have to find someone to share with who also is not interested in meat.

Parking: I mean, it’s Peabody.

Kid-friendliness: You have to put food in open hot broth which may be a little dangerous for young ones, but should be fine if supervised/helped

Delicious food and drinks! Staff is really good too! It was my daughter graduation dinner. But they greeted her with a delicious cake with a candle as if it was her birthday! So thoughtful!

Everything was delicious. Got the 2 person combo and a few add-ons with mushroom broth and spicy broth. Cocktails were delicious but I hate the garnish on the outside of the glass. Just a personal thing! Everything was so yummy.

LOVE having hot pot in the North Shore, this is a true hidden gem. The ambiance is fantastic and the shared eating experience is so fun. There is something for everyone. My kids loved the sides and options to tailor with the packages. I really enjoyed the mushroom tea (surprisingly not savory) and dessert (mochi ice cream and fried dough) was simple and so yummy! I will remember not to share a pot with my husband who dumps all the seafood in with other stuff and intermingles the flavors...haha We will most definitely be back with friends!

Husband and I traveled about an hour from New Hampshire to go to POTS for his birthday. My husband studied abroad in China and loves hot pot and the culture. Well worth the trip and will have to go back on the future. Waitresses were very nice and the atmosphere was wonderful. It was a great experience with delicious food and all the broths they have to offer are incredible. The spicy broth was not overwhelming spicy and was delicious. Love the logo and would buy a sweater if offered with the POTS dumpling logo. Prices were fair for the experience as well and was nice you can pick and choose as well as order from your phone. 10/10 would absolutely go again and or recommend to anyone! Thank you for a great dinner! ?❤️
