Stopped in randomly to try and new place the Steak tips salad and chicken cutlet sandwich is delicious well worth it and fast friendly service will definitely stop in again.
When the owner is not there the staff is confrontational and “never wrong” you just don’t know how to order, it has been a problem on multiple occasions for me and other members of my family

Ordered 1 LG pizza and 2 small pizza . Took over 1 hr for delivery. Everything was ice cold tasted light day old pizza. First time that has happened.

This is agreat place usually, their pizzas and steak boms are awesome. But this time I am disappointed, i ordered roadhouse large pizza, but the amount of the sauce they put on the pizza make it like a soup. It is very difficult to eat. If I rate fir this specific order, I would give 1 star. But because I know the place and their great food, I will give 3 stars. To be honest, this is very difficult to eat now.
Edited: after my review I decided to call them, and their approach like I said before, was great. They offered to remake the pizza, it is a great business, not every place does it. Good job Ramzi’s.

I ordered food online and it wasn’t ready when I got there. Not the biggest deal but a little annoying. The food was good but the bigger problem is how greasy it was. I ordered a teriyaki steak quesadilla and it was so greasy I couldn’t even pick it up. The grease soaked into the cardboard box and it would literally drip off of the food. It tasted good but I really wasn’t impressed.

Great beef joint in Peabody. Good food and service. I've mainly used them for catering orders and they make a great sandwich spread that is always a big hit! The Mac n cheese is okay, and their fries don't keep too well for catering (not many do) but their sandwiches are top notch!
