Absolutely gross, pizza was clearly frozen, looks like elementary school pizza, it was completely raw and undercooked on one side and completely burnt black on the other, toppings for the sub were completely ignored, they put whatever they wanted instead. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I'LL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!! GARBAGE....

This place is a bunch of suck pumps. Cancelled my order twice in a week cause they were out of antipasto salad. You’re an Italian sub shop, how’re you out of everything to may an antipasto? Garbage employees

What happened to this place? I got the pesto chicken wrap. It was flavorless and sopping wet, completely fell apart. Chicken was unseasoned and chewy and vegetables tasted old. If there was provolone cheese on it, it was unidentifiable. The chocolate chip cookie was rock hard.. I actually couldn’t bite into it.. inedible. The interior of the shop and the service has really gone down hill. I called in a take-out order and when I got there, the staff wasn’t aware of the order. Started making the food upon my arrival and told me the phone staff didn’t inform them of my order. This restaurant used to be great! Not sure what happened here.

Ordered a mushroom cheese steak with extra cheese and a steak bomb no salami.No cheese on the mushroom cheese steak and only onions on the steak bomb no salami... no cheese, no peppers, no mushrooms....I've gotten food from here before, everything was great, very disappointed.
Worst place in the world the chicken cutlet was chicken tenders the Italian sub was a complete disaster I would never go there again I think they use the name of the original name Santores but put Peabody Santores in there name to confuse people they truly suckWaste of time and money

Long time customer. We always went here for takeout on the weekends when visiting our nana. Recently we got an order 3 of 4 things were made incorrectly. We called to try and rectify it and we were met with excuses and attitude. That was our last time coming here. Horrible way to treat customers. I would advise anyone to pick a new place to go, peabody is loaded with great restaurants who care about their customers. Try Brodie's, champions, Nex Mex or brothers. Skip this place.
