I had one of the worst "N'oreaster" I have ever had here today. I have had places that don't even have a."flurry", "Blizzard' or "N'oreaster" type treat make a thick frappe that was better than this.
Also, if you aren't going to be selling the Dole Whip, you should take it off the menu. We haven't been here in a year because the last few times we came, it wasn't available, either.

$12 for banana split. Scoop portion is ridiculous small. They literally use just one scoop of the spoon, so I paid $12 for 3 spoons of ice cream. There was more hot fudge and pineapple left over not enough ice cream. I thought this was a one time thing but this happened a couple of years ago and thought enough would complain and the portion would be adequate. I was wrong. Don't waste your money here highly recommend Luiggi's or Treadwell's gigantic portions.

Very disappointed. I drove by the store earlier today and saw the sign saying you are open Friday, Saturday and Sundays from 1-8. I just took orders from my family members and drove to your store. It was CLOSED. It was 6:30 pm. I double checked your website and it said open til 8:00 pm.

I have been to this location 5 times over the past 6 months. 3 of those 5 visits they have been closed. The schedule is on the website, and the flag is hanging outside. I don't arrive just as they are supposed to be open but wait awhile, and still nothing. I like Richardson's frozen yogurt or I would have gone somewhere else. I guess I will bring my cooler and go somewhere that wants the business. I tried again today,within the 5 minutes, more people arrived and had to go elsewhere as well. They have a bad reputation for this.

The ice cream is great and the staff is friendly. However, they are not cleaning up the space where they have the bench. There is trash all over the place that ends up at the pond. People who buys there should be disposing all trash in the barrel but the staff should also be checking often.

We visited for the first time with two teen girls and we were most impressed at how polite and friendly the young man working was. The two teens actually expressed they to him. 😊 that alone will make me go back.

I ordered a large sundae. It looked like a kiddie size. The portions were very small and the toppings were minimal. We also ordered a pupcup and it literally had maybe 2 tbsp of ice cream with a few pieces of kibble. This use to be our go to for ice cream. Not anymore. We will be making the drive to Richardsons in Middleton.
