Just left sonic. Lady was extremely rude because we couldn’t hear her over the static speaker. Sonic get your workers in line and fix your speakers so customers can hear you. Extremely rude staff. Will not be coming back to this location

Super frustrated Mom. *we asked to speak with a management member per our ticket instructions at the bottom. The management on duty kept sending out employees, refused to refund us anything and these poor employees clearly are not getting proper support.
We ordered… they forgot my shake no big deal, then had another girl come out say we never ordered it, and had to order it again, no problem they clearly didn’t ring it in, so we re ordered it. When I went to go eat my burger, it had onions on it after I had asked for non “I can not have them”. We asked for them to just please fix it.. at this point everyone in the car had eaten, 45 minutes went by, we had to talk to someone again.. and it’s been 15 minutes. Super sad I was really looking forward to just eating something anything after our road trip and taking care of the kiddos and family all day. I couldn’t even get that. The workers were very rude and I was very nice and understanding and also know the holidays are hard to work durning. But this mom was crying today for sure after this experience.
This was my friend and my first visit to Sonic. The staff person was exceptional in her helpfulness. However, she could only do so much. There was no helping the food. My friend and I ate in. The temperature on the dining area was so cold the burger and onion rings went cold quickly. The onion rings left a bad taste in my mouth that even the mints could not help. My friend and I will not return.

I never understood nor will I ever understand why people love this place. The food is terrible, tried to give it another shot and got a drink that’s flat so they remade it and it’s still flat (they obv didn’t change it to a new package for the machine).. the only thing I like from there is the milkshakes which you can get from McDonalds and are better. The only reason I didn’t give one star is because the staff is generally always decent.

Pretzels and sonic blasts always good. My boy loves corn dogs. Sometimes I wish they had better pricing but the service is always good. Have better deals for just ppl at the drive thru the app sucks honestly.
