Have had consistent bad experiences here. 30 minute waits for the drive thru (3 cars deep) plus the order was incorrect. Putting cherries on a shake right after being told it's a severe allergy then being upset it had to be remade. 15 minutes in line (4 cars deep drive thru) just to wait till the window to tell us no cards allowed (could have said it when ordering or had someone go outside and tell us). And those are just 3 of many more bad experiences. Only go there cause it's the only one open late and on my way home from boston. Otherwise I'd never go back.

I came on november 8th at 8pm this is for the manager so you will be able to find out who was working this shift. I went to the drive thru and the guy on the other line was extremely rude to me and didn’t hear any of my order and it took forever for me and the person in front of me to place our orders because this guy was not understanding and he was being rude. it also took over 15 minutes of me and the car in front of me waiting, i’m not sure if there was a rouge staff working tonight but this is completely unacceptable and i would just like to see this resolved. Thank you

This is my 3rd attempt at trying Sonic. All three times the onion rings were cold, (sweet, too), thick, as well as the mozzarella sticks ... still chunky, not melty, like they're supposed to be. The burger (double-smash) i asked for No smash sauce, I got it anyway, it also asked for no onions ... Got those, too. Overall 2 ☆ for our $75 meal (3 hungry kids + myself) wasn't completely edible. No more chances! Ya struck out, kids!

This place was terrible. The food was absolutely disgusting and they were supposed to come out and serve you on rollerskates but no one ever came to the drive-in section so we had to go to the drive-through and we barely got service there. The food was absolutely disgusting. I will never go to this sonic ever again and probably never go to another sonic in my life. It was that bad.
• 1 Check-In I had never been to sonic before but I feel like I did it wrong. I got a burger which was okay, I did like the fries a lot which were crinkle and crispy. I think I should've tried their speciality drink and make it dirty with the cream. I think that would have elevated the experience. Or a milkshake as my boyfriend says, to pair with his burger--he would've liked it more. It was good for being fast food but wasn't blown away after having high expectations. Also the drive up booths stressed me out they were so tight to pull into. But it's cute how they bring you your order and you press the button when you're ready. Overall it was fun but I feel like I need a do-over with the menu.

4 stars for service because even tho the employees are friendly, they seem to consistently mix up regular mustard & honey mustard despite the very different packaging (packet vs cup). not sure how a request for ketchup & honey mustard = additional unrequested condiment, & not even the correct # of what was actually requested 😒 but at least now I know to verify myself instead of just asking for confirmation 🤷🏻♂️
