They charge us this much money and can't even give us fresh eggs? Disgraceful considering that special "no bid" contract they got. Never again with this place.

Just a note to recognize the Bakery and Counter staff. I order specialty Birthday Cakes for my grandchildren every year from Spinelli’s. They never disappoint. They are so memorable all the children and adults rave about how beautiful looking and delicious they are for months and even years after the event.The Staff in the Bakery and at the Counter are amazing. Ordered our Easter dinner, I’ve always been impressed with the food from Spinelli’s. I have to say I was so disappointed with the Easter dinner. I can actually say that not one thing was delicious including the rolls, which appeared to be stale. I also was supposed to have a ricotta pie with my meal, but they ran out and the pie they gave in replacement was horrible. I guess this is what happens when you decide to feed the illegals!!! I will not be using Spinelli’s anymore and will not recommend them to anybody.?

The staff at Spinelli's in Peabody/Lynnfield was kind and responsive when I planned to host an event at their facility. They were always available to talk on the phone to run thoughts and questions by them. I had to unfortunately cancel the event, and while my initial deposit was nonrefundable, I was incredibly grateful to find out that they would in fact refund me about ⅔ of my deposit. They did not have to do that, and I am so appreciative of this gracious gesture. I would highly recommend this facility for its beauty and for the helpful sales staff.

I would give the Pasta and Pastry Shop 0 stars if possible. We ordered over $230 in food to bring to a relatives house due to a death in the family. We placed our order at 9:30 am to pick up after 3pm. I arrived to pick up my order and I am informed that they forgot to include the full tray of pizza we ordered, in addition to the several other trays of food we ordered. We needed food for 20-25 ppl and had ordered accordingly.The young woman who was waiting on me was so rude and arrogant it was unbelievable. She informed me 3x that "people make mistakes" and there was nothing she could do about the screw up with my order. When I told her that it was their mistake and that it was causing us a big inconvenience because I would not have enough food for the gathering, once again, she reiterated that "people make mistakes". When I requested that they prepare the tray of pizza and deliver it (the address for delivery is right up the street from Spinelli's in Lynnfield), she told they would not do that). She then told me that if it was a problem of not having enough food, I could order another tray of food. I told her that I should not have to spend more money because Spinelli's messed up my order. She said "oh well, those are your options", and once again, informed me that "people make mistakes". I told her that I would never order from Spinelli's again and that I found her attitude to be very rude. She then informed me that she was just a college student working there, and it wasn't her fault my order was screwed up.We experienced a death in the family and ordered food from Spinelli's, only to have our order screwed up and then to be treated rudely and arrogantly by the "college student" working behind the counter. This will be the last time my family and I order anything from Spinelli's--and we will be sure to tell everyone we know how rudely your staff treats your customers.

We had our wedding here and the entire Spinelli’s team did an amazing job start to finish, from our first tour all the way through the day after the wedding when I went to pickup the few signs we had left behind. I highly recommend Spinelli’s for a venue for any special event. Food was great. The staff were all very accommodating and personable throughout the entire process.

Went here for a reception after a funeral. They did a wonderful job with the food, beverages, and desserts. The setup was very elegant and spacious. There was a bridal shower on the main floor and 2 other receptions going on at the same time. Very large accommodations for all functions!! I've been here before for other functions, and all were elegantly done.
Bakery was unbelievable just like east biston italian bakeries i remember

Right from the start I walked in and received professional courteous help:) I showed The cake I wanted for my daughter/future son in laws engagement party. It was absolutely gorgeous and I couldn't have been happier. The decorator did a artistic masterpiece :)) thank you (and it tasted wonderful too) everyone commented on it!
