Ordered the hot white chocolate mocha but recommend the cold version—whole milk, less ice for smoother flavor. Convenient location inside Macy’s via Northshore parking. Easy access, friendly staff. Worth a stop if you’re nearby!

someone left with their drink and came back into the store and said that’s not my drink and the employee did not dispose of it, they left it on mobile order section. The individual told the employee, employee said thanks and left it there. It happened the other day too… second time. It’s gross that you leave the drink for the customer to take when it’s already left the store with someone else. Management should respond. Will contact the corporate. It’s disgusting.

One manager there just keeps your order behind the counter for 5 minutes knowing it’s ready but won’t bag it till literally every other order is done—and she knew I was there waiting! When I asked about it she did this fake happy voice explaining how oh we just have to pack it up. Does she think I’m stupid! If its ready just give it to the customer!!
I went into Starbucks the other day and I witnessed a woman bring back in a drink from the outside, saying it wasn’t hers The Starbucks worker said OK and left it at mobile order. They did not remove it from the Mobile order section and it was picked up by someone else. Witnessed someone picking their nose and touching their phone and then getting ice with hands and touching inside of cup..
Normally I really like this one, however I was thrown off by how someone could leave Starbucks with a drink and come back 5 mins later and say oops wrong one… this happened yesterday in the AM

ASHLYN is the absolute best Starbucks employee that I have ever come across!!! We need more people like her in this world. Don’t order an iced tea or a refresher here. The baristas are lazy and mix the ingredients IN the cup with incorrect measurements. I’ve actually watched them do this. Not in the premeasured SHAKER cup they are supposed to use. So your SHAKEN iced tea is stale, and your refresher drink is not mixed and cold on the top and warm on the bottom. MULTIPLE days in a row now I’ve ordered a Strawberry Açaà refresher and it’s been MOSTLY water, WARM on the bottom, with a Lacroix flavored hint of strawberry flavor, with strawberries and ice. If I wanted strawberry water, I’d make it at home and not spend $6+ dollars on PINK FLAVORLESS WATER. There should be some integrity putting out a good product for the customer. Not haphazardly throwing drinks together to get them out as quick as possible.
