I'm writing a review about this company..I was hired to work at the Shelby township location .I'm much older then all of the employees I feel because of my age I had a target on my back .please don't support this company by buying their food. They don't support people over the age of 50 to work for them .and they hire employees that are all best friends that is a disvantage for new employees coming in the company to work .I had told the manager at the Shelby township store I didn't really think mean girls and men didn't exist anymore but they are mean girls

Gross, wild rice was so hard I couldn’t eat it. Salmon was cold, but not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be. Chickpeas tasted off. Praying I don’t get sick.

It’s usually busy at sweetgreens but the foods makes up for it!!! My daughter is on a health kick right now so sweetgreens helps us with her carving and gets us to eat healthy as well!! The combos that they have are delicious and their seasonal dishes are amazing!

I asked for a harvest bowl on the app and let them know that I did not want cheese in person when i went and they said i had to buy a new salad. I have spent thousands at this location and I am confused on how someone that gives them business everyday was treated like this seeing as I had a dairy allergy and just wanted a 20 dollar salad and in order for me to get one salad to eat, I would have to pay 40 dollars. That is insane. They also were very rude to me and took the old salad back so i actually paid 20 dollars for nothing. This is customer service rule number one.

I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.

Got a fish taco salad with miso glazed salmon, and the salmon was overcooked to the point it was leathery :( for the price you pay here, I'd expect much better quality. I feel like I just lost my money. Didn't even finish the salad because it was so bad.

I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.

Quick and delicious, salad bar behind the glass allows you to choose what you’d like, drinks and snacks are as overpriced as you imagine but good for a quick lunch!
