Vincent Bianco Custom Catering

My husband and I used Vincent Bianco and his catering team for our wedding at the Smith Barn this past July 2025. They were incredible! Vincent was quick to respond to questions, walked through our options, and helped select the best catering options for our budget and guests. The food was delicious and Vincent was able to provide options to meet the needs of our guests with allergies. Everything was perfect, including the taco bar at the end of the night! Our guests continue to tell us how delicious all the food was at our wedding. We highly recommend Vincent and his catering team for your wedding!

Let me start out by saying I’ve never been “wowed” enough to ever write a review!!! Well guess what…I’ve been “WOWED”. My daughter’s wedding was September 27th 2025 at Brooksby Farm. I am still getting calls and texts about how great the food was. Everyone including myself agree that the filet was the best we’ve ever had. The scallops wrapped in bacon people said the scallops were the biggest they’ve ever eaten. They figured they wouldn’t taste as good because they were so big. Well that was not the case. They were also the best they ever had. The fish, teriyaki skewers and caprese skewers were so delicious. We had mashed potatoes and asparagus that were unbelievably tasty. My guests are asking for the asparagus recipe cuz they’re that good. On top of the food being perfect so wasn’t Vincent and his right hand Beth!! Who can say they actually miss hearing from their caterer?!?! I feel like they became forever friends. I couldn’t have planned this wedding without them. They were so patient and kind. They made me feel like my daughter’s wedding was the only one they were working on. That’s how attentive they were throughout all this. If you hire Vincent’s Catering I promise you will not regret it.

What can i say about Vincent Bianco Catering besides how AMAZING they truly are! My sister had her wedding on Saturday 9/27/2025 & the food was SPECTACULAR! We had the scallops wrapped in bacon, beef teriyaki sticks, meal was either fish or beef & both were FABULOUS! People are still complimenting the food and how great it was. I highly suggest catering food from Vincent!

We opted for Vinny’s catering for our wedding at the Smith Barn, and are deeply glad we did. Vinny and his team are amazing at what they do - from the quality of the dishes to the service, you can really tell these people aren’t just doing this for a buck - they’re passionate about it. It shows in the craftsmanship of their dishes - it’s not just run of the mill wedding food, it feels like careful thought has been put into it.

They were transparent throughout the entire process about pricing and all the different options we had to keep our spend at a place we were comfortable with, which, if you’re planning a wedding, you are already well aware how valuable that is.

Beth, a day-of coordinator who works with the company as an optional add on is really- I can’t endorse her enough. She doesn’t just make clients feel important, but she makes them feel confident that things are going to be sorted out when they need it to be.

The truth is, no matter how much prep-work you put into a wedding, you simply can’t get it all ready the day of without help. It’s not possible. Take it from a groom who was sprinting back and forth trying to do just that for 2-3 hours. If Beth hadn’t jumped into action when I arrived, guiding friends and our bridal party to help set up, I’m not sure I would have made it to my own pre-ceremony photos, haha.

My point is - as cliche as it might sound, weddings are difficult. Vinny and Beth make them less difficult. So I personally recommend them if you’re looking for a caterer for yours.

Vincent, Beth, and the whole team at Vincent Bianco catering did a great job with our wedding. They had clear options, great food, and were extremely flexible and accommodating to a multitude of food allergies. They have some unique options that went over fantastically - buffet dinner, cannoli/pastries instead of a cake, and late-night pizza. They even packed up some extras for us to easily grab on the way out. Everyone was raving about the food, and at the end of the day everyone was safe and satisfied!

I cannot speak more highly of the entire Vincent Bianco Catering crew. I worked with them as my wedding was at the Smith Barn in Peabody, and they were one of the preferred caterers. Vinny Bianco runs the show, with Beth Cummings as his right hand woman. I hired Beth to do some addition day of coordination and decorating, and I could not have been happier working with both of them. Their whole team is kind, professional, and genuinely excited to work with you. AND, the food was the best I've ever had at a wedding, although I might be biased :)

The crab cakes, stuffed mushrooms and steak tips were phenomenal. And all the dishes stayed hot until we were ready to serve them!

We ordered the following:
- crab cakes
- stuffed mushrooms
- stuffed shells
- sausage rabe and orecchiette
- chicken marsala
- steak tips

Vincent was easy to work with and the food was awesome! He gives you his honest advice even if it isn't in his best interest. Highly recommend, and I would use him again in a heartbeat for our wedding.

Vinny was hands-down the BEST vendor we had for our wedding at Smith Barn on May 16th, 2025. Not only was the food delicious and the service extremely friendly, Vinny was our go-to when we had doubts. He literally gave peace of mind to us regarding things that had nothing to do with the catering portion of the wedding. That alone was invaluable, but the service really was that amazing. Vinny is all about customer experience - it never felt like he was trying to sell us something we didn’t want, and he even reeled us in a few times when we thought we needed more than we actually did. He was flexible and I cannot say enough good things about his overall character!
As for the food, everyone raved about the quality. For dinner, we had short ribs, roasted chicken, and lasagna served at the wedding and each dish was delicious. The quality of the chicken is TOP NOTCH - I highly recommend it!! Everything from the welcome drink table at the ceremony to the late night pretzels & popcorn was perfect. Do yourselves a favor and book with Vinny...he really is that amazing! :)

Vin and his staff catered my daughter's wedding on the 24th. Everything from the food to service was exceptional. Top notch. He prepared a meal for my 94 year old mom who was unable to attend. She thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you. Highly recommended. 👏

We worked with Vincent this past Christmas Eve when he catered dinner for 50 people for us. From start to finish he was easy to work with, detail oriented, honest and was easy to get in touch with for any questions we had. His food was DELICIOUS!! The best Italian food my family has ever had catered. You can tell this is his passion!! Great business and great guy.

My husband and I had the pleasure to work with Vincent Bianco Catering for our recent wedding on December 7th. From start to finish, Vincent made us feel like family and he was always readily available whenever we had questions or changes. The quality of his food is superb and his staff was an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has a future wedding or event in the future. Vincent was such a wonderful addition to my wife and I’s wedding this past October. Vincent and his team did a marvelous job making sure every one is satisfied and leaves with a full stomach. Beth was also an amazing part of Vincent’s team and was invaluable in helping set up all of our decorating to assure our day was as stress free as possible. Guests still love to mention how great the food was and we couldn’t be happier with our experiences with Vincent and his team.

Vincent Bianco is yummy! We used them for my wedding at The Smith Barn and everyone 2 weeks plus out are still talking about the steak tips!
