“We went in at 5:45 on Saturday and got seated right away. Our server, Marina, was very friendly with a great sense of humor. She brought our drinks quickly and took our orders and brought our food out hot. We got the Smash burger and Cowboy burger and they were cooked just the way we asked. Looking forward to going back for the fancier entrees or one of the Saturday specials. Great job by all.”

“Somewhere Else Tavern along Rte. 127 in Bryantville/Pembroke, Mass. I must say I've been at the building, since 2009 (15 years) when it was "Old School". It was a building then, a bar/restaurant of sorts, but now it is someplace special. Since Lori and Jayson, who also own the "Fork in the Road" delicatessen in Bryantville and the Olde Hitching Post restaurant in Hanson, took over the restaurant and renamed it, it is now a place for excellent food, beverages, and a wonderful, wonderful group of people, their patrons. What makes Somewhere Else truly special is that on almost every night, Jayson, Lori, or Lori's sister, Lee Ann, will be there taking care of their customers..... their friends. This past Sunday, was Lori's birthday and EVERYONE was included to celebrate her birthday, Chinese food (seemingly Lori's favorite), cake and ice cream shared with all. But best of all, was not the food, but the celebration of friendship.... Thank you Lori, Jayson and Lee Ann. For those of you who have not stopped by, do so. You'll enjoy your time at the Somewhere Else Tavern.”

“I go there at least twice or three times in a month and I always get the roast beef with my own pickles and my cousin gets the cheeseburger with lettuce and mayo always always very friendly. Very good food is excellent. I highly recommend if you try the roast beef and the Greek salad are also good. I drive from Middleborough to there just to get my sandwich. I don’t get a sandwich anywhere else. keep up the good work guys.”

“Just completed a three day juice cleanse and all I can say is amazing. 9 lbs down and can’t wait to add their juices to my regular daily diet! I was not hungry throughout the cleanse because the juices feed my body all of the nutrition it needs I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a reset or a kickstart to a weight loss journey. “The food was excellent and my steak was cooked and seasoned really well, the shrimp was great and my spouse's chicken was good. The only real problem was wait times. It took over 5 minutes of standing at the podium before someone sat us, and then another 40-50 minutes after we ordered until our food arrived. There wasn't any reasoning given nor was it addressed or really apologized for.”

“I have been going to PHop since I was a child, so has my husband. My children have enjoyed it their whole life. We moved to Carver 5 years ago and still make the drive to Pembroke center for our favorite Sub/pizza shop. The family treats you like extended family members. I would highly recommend Pembroke House of Pizza!”

“The best selection of ready to go hot and cold coffee than I've ever seen. Great, Pleasant, energetic and friendly staff. Find it a bit amazing that there is no bathroom available to customers with a walk-in coffee shop in the middle of nowhere.”

“Ordered for the first time today and had it delivered to my mom's assisted living facility nearby. It was delivered on time and pizza was excellent! Chicken fingers were huge and yummy. They've gained a new customer!”

“They lost a customer!! We ordered take out 2 weeks ago on Friday night, Caesar salad with chicken, chicken Alfredo, and chicken broccoli Alfredo. We picked up the food within 30 minutes, the time we were quoted when picking up and live about 10 minutes away, let just say it was one of the worst take out meals we have had. Immediately after we started eating I called and spoke to the manager, the salad was watery and croutons were mushy, the chicken Alfredo was cold, the Parmesan wasn't melted! The food tasted like it a day old and microwaved! The manager took all my info and stated she would call me back after dinner service, never heard from her. Saturday I called back after not hearing, the same manager answered apologizing it was late when she finished dinner service but the owner was out of town and would call me back during the week, ok no problem. Late Monday I get a voicemail from the owners wife, working in customer service I was appalled by the voicemail. She stated that croutons do get soggy if you don't eat the salad right away and to order the dressing on the side next time. And that Alfredo just separates if you don't eat right away, suggesting I don't let it sit to room temperature before serving. I immediately called her back and explained I picked up the order and called within 40 minutes of placing the order, she stated that wasn't explained to me. She continued to tell me, speaking to someone in the background I have never heard this many complaints before. She proceeded to ask me what I wanted her to do about it, she stated she needed to talk to her husband because they don't just refund someone because they complain... I proceeded to tell her I had pictures if she was interested. I texted her the pictures and she told me she had to speak to her husband and would call me back... over a week later no call back...”

“Very good. I chose the smoked pork belly burger with upgrade to side salad. The burger was delish with just enough heat to give it a kick. Salad was fresh and ample portion. My dining companion chose the short rib toastie with side of fries. He deemed it very good. Nice beverage selection. Beverages properly chilled. Very good service. I will be back. Highly recommend.”

“Need to be able to work on other type of ice cream. So people that are prediabetics or diabetics, lactose intolerant and ice cream. You need to cater it to everybody. Not just certain people.”
