The food was great and we didn't have to wait long. The hostess didn't even greet us or look at us, she just sat us which I found kind of uncomfortable. The waitress was polite and we were able to get our food quickly and leave in time to get where we needed that night.
I wish I could do more stars under service. To management you need to make Jameson a manger!!! No angry Karen would rattle him calm cool and respectful. I am blown away at the amazing experience we had the other night. Jameson thank you again for being such a great guy. My dad loved his prime rib ?

Ordered the lobster roll. It was delicious with plenty of meat in a nice roll. Broccoli and cold slaw were my sides. Both were very good and broccoli was cook to perfection. Great meal for a warm summer night

Called this afternoon and spoke to the manager Bart or whatever his name was. Got the chicken parmigiana, resulted in severe food poisoning and had to go to the hospital... The manager was incredibly rude and basically told me how "theres no possible way that could have happened" raised his voice at me and proceeded to argue with me. Had to hang up. Horrible customer service. Avoid the pembroke location at all costs. It was so bad i would give you a 0 but unfortunately thats not possible so i give you a 1.
