I called in on Tuesday to place a to go order snd take advantage of the BOGO discount only to be told that it’s only for eat in. That isn’t clear in any of their marketing. We didn’t end up ordering.

I'm very disappointed in my take out service Friday night. The order was supposed to be ready at 7:36 PM and wasn't brought out until 8:11 PM. It seems as though the appetizers we're ready long before the pizza. The apps were cold, and the cauliflower was mush. Fell apart picking it up. Very unhappy customer. Sent an email about my experience and still haven't heard back.

Stopped off briefly with some family here for dessert and drinks. We were able to put 2 tables together to accommodate us. The waitress was great fun and put together an excellent dessert.

This is my favorite restaurant. It’s so freaking good! I absolutely love the Buffalo Cobb Salad but anything I’ve tried has been amazing. The staff is always friendly and helpful. If you haven’t tried BBC, you have to!
Great selection of beers. English pub atmosphere with fun props. Most importantly good food, good price, great value. Overall a friendly family venue.

It was an ok pizza. No one offered us outside seating so we were stuck inside while the majority of the other diner enjoyed the veranda. Kinda bummed.

I got the Reuben sandwich and there was hardly any meat in it at all. I actually scraped the meat & cheese off one half of my sandwich and put it on the other half so it made a 1/2 descent sandwich. Still skimpy even doing that. Not impressed at all. On a better note the brie appetizer was pretty good. Still I only give it 3 stars cuz the sandwich was that bad.

Went with family for dinner and ordered a to go. When it was up to 30 minutes waiting for the take out I asked the server what the wait was and she freaked out and started YELLING at me in the restaurant that they were busy and what was my problem. WOW! I have never seen this from a wait person in my life. Absolutely crazy. When I got home and called the manager she couldn't have cared less and just hung up on me. Again, WOW! I'll call the corporate office also. Avoid BBC Pembroke at all cost!
