Food is fine and thebservice is OK but they have given me the wrong order twice so you have to check you food before you leave. I fairness I never went back to complain, but I don't trust they will get it right anymore

The best Burger King in the area. Burgers are always hot and taste fresh, they always include my sauce in the bag and they make sure to ask at the window if I ordered sauce. There’s a very kind older woman who is almost always there and she is the BEST! Don’t understand these other reviews saying she is rude, she is almost always the only employee there and has been nothing but nice to me! Even has parked me and my boyfriend and walked out to give us food and extra sauce.

This is the third time I've had a bad experience last time i got served raw chicken with brown lettuce.
Tonight after finishing a 16 hour work day i decided to get some late food the lady was extremely rude first of all she asked me to come to the window to take order as she couldn’t here me (perfectly alright with me(she ask what i wanted i said im just checking the menu real quick she said i don't want to be at the window all night i gave her my order.. i couldn’t reach to get my drinks she said other people cant reach why cant you off the charts rude told me to wait at door as its she was making it fresh fries where cold chicken sandwich had no lettuce no mayo and 2 pieces of hair the food was horrible the staff even worse should never be allowed to operate business
i will never be back… i normally would never write a bad review but as there have been a few occasions now the lady’s attitude was just inhumane if you value your life don’t go here

They used to be incredible when Tanisha worked there because every detail was paid attention to. I almost left my change from $100on the counter on my way out & to buy my son's birthday present right before the store closed but she bolted out into the rain, not all heros wear capes! She's at the Dunkins inside Mobil in Pembroke now. Tell her Sarah sent ya! #teamt&jhoneymoon!

Lady at the front was a rude lady. She told me. I had to wait 15 min to just to get an ice cream. After she made the ice cream she must have stuck her beef curtains in it. Bc it tasted like fish. I wish I could say I’m lying. I was so hungry I ate that fishy icecream with a frown on my face. ( I haven’t eaten in days ) over all bad experience

Worst place in the entire planet. I’ve been there a couple of times but I honestly give up on this location. Older asian lady is the angriest person in the universe, she will scream at you, not answer your questions and close the window at your face while you are talking. Also, even though Uber Eats, Google and THEIR OWN WEBSITE say that they close at 2:30am, THEY DO NOT. They close at 2am and will refuse to make your food a single minute after that if you ordered through the app. Don’t even bother ordering at the window at 2am, THEY WILL NOT MAKE YOUR FOOD.

For the past year, my husband has been visiting this Burger King on his break. It’s not around 12 PM where they’re slammed it’s out of time where there’s absolutely no one there. Yet they pull him around he’s not they never allow him to sit at the drive-through window. They always pull them around because they know that they’re gonna take an obscene amount of time and they don’t want their times getting messed up…. Because if their times are long, it reflects badly on them. So they pull everybody around even if there’s nobody at the place even if they’re the only customer and my husband being the only customer there will wait almost 2530 minutes for a whopper to be brought out to him! One time he had went inside because it was going on 40 minutes on the day that he almost lost his job because the fast food restaurant was taking as much time as it would take a fancy restaurant to make a steak dinner. So he goes inside and there’s a bunch of young people just standing around on their phones and they have an idiot, old woman that’s not even faster than a slug, making all the food. Mind you he’s been sitting in the parking lot waiting for 40 minutes. There’s no way it took that old lady 40 minutes to make that burger even at the rate she was going at so it’s mind-boggling to think of what they were doing in that 40 minutes before he went up to the window and And said something and then 10 minutes later he’s still waiting so he goes inside and they’re just finishing the whopper that is weird. Corporate needs to fire everybody get new management in there because from the reviews I’ve been reading it. Everyone has the same exact problem where you immediately pulled off from the drive-through line to the side, even if there’s no other cars or people inside. I’ve never had this experience at any other Burger King. My husband doesn’t want to be confrontational because I told him he needs to say something to them and ask for his money back and talk to a manager or something try you know not to be a Karen but at times like this a manager to speak with would be great because it’s not something ridiculous. It’s happening to everybody that’s visits this drive-through so clearly they need more competent people working there because the people they have there Must be really, really dumb and slow.
The lady walked by me for almost 20 minutes while she waited on the drive thru! Try to get her attention and she literally ignored me! Let's just say I will not be returning to that location. Food was good and hot but service absolutely terrible!! RUDE!

I frequently visit this business and today when buying a family combo and ordering tomato sauce and barbeque, the lady who served me informed me that I had to pay for the sachets of sauces. I have never paid that and the prices of these are not displayed.
19 minutes for 4 no carb sandwiches. People behind us were honking at us. Also apparently only at burger King does no carb simply mean no buns, they don't lettuce wrap it....

Empty French fry container in bottom of bag boo hoo!!!! Expensive trip!! 35 dollars for 2 combo meals n burger ouch!! Still a treat every. Now and then
