I frequently visit this business and today when buying a family combo and ordering tomato sauce and barbeque, the lady who served me informed me that I had to pay for the sachets of sauces. I have never paid that and the prices of these are not displayed.

I will never return to this location again. Both myself and the guy in the car next to me went through the drive through and have been waiting for almost 15 minutes out front now. After briefly speaking to the gentlemen in the car next to me he mentioned how rude the lady working was, and she was also very rude to me. She should be fired as this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience when I’m just trying to get some late dinner after a long hard day. I don’t need someone being rude to me. She also refused to take my change as my order came to $10.72, and I had the 72 cents but she refused and only took my $20 bill when I wanted a $10 back, but she would not take the change.

There isn’t enough staff. Management or owners should hire more people or turn off DoorDash. You get sometimes only two people doing, drive thru, DoorDash, and lobby. It’s not fair to them in the slightest. Hire more people and customers won’t be as angry

Prices have risen and quality has fallen. Ever since the good manager lady with the purple hair has left and the new old Asian lady has taken over, there's no way that I'm ever going back to this Burger King zero
Horrible service. Manager was incredibly rude for no reason. There was no customers in the store & she was being ridiculously mean to her workers & then super rude to me. I’ve only been there this one time to literally pick up a DoorDash & asked for a patty for my dog, she was vile & rude. NEVER GO HERE.

The place looks clean and food is ok, but the service is atrocious. It was short staffed when I came in, so I didn’t mind the wait. But the front lady was extremely rude and incompetent. She took orders and prep food out of order, ignored her mistakes, blamed fellow coworkers, and yelled at costumers. The place needs to either hire new employees or retrain their current ones.

I would literally give 0 star to this Burger King. The attendant lady was very rude in her service. Another complaint is that I ordered 3 Whoppers, 3 whopper jr. and 3 large fries, and when I asked for barbecue sauce instead of ketchup she wanted to charge me for it. We have been in many Buger Kings and this was the first I saw charging for barbecue sauce. If you’re thinking of a Burger King burger don’t come to this one. ?
