I worked for this company as a manager for 5 years. These people don’t care about anything besides money. They make their managers work 6 days a week, work free overtime, have district managers who SHOULD NOT be district managers because of MANY reasons, etc. I honestly think this company should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves. It’s a popularity contest between the higher ups basically. The money isn’t worth it in the least. I quit and became a server because at least I’ll be able to enjoy two days off and actually get paid for the work I do. They never even say “hey great job,” they just complain that things aren’t perfect. Don’t work here, there’s better Dunkin’s with better owners.

They do nothing to resolve issues and employees of the 155 church store shoot up in the mop room and management doesn't care because I personally met with the owner who did nothing to resolve the issue.They treat employees like dogs and don't offer breaks and make you sign those rights away, not recommended unless you want Fentanyl in your iced coffee

I have yet to receive any payment from those weeks. I have been in contact with everyone that I am supposed to be. No one is answering. I have called left messages and not a single word. It’s been over a month of me trying to get a check that I didn’t receive for three weeks.I worked for three weeks with zero payments meanwhile I’ve been up early working for a company that is refusing to give you your any compensation. ( is a form of slavery ) I have tried everything for a month on my end. I have receipt of complaint after complaint about this. (Emails, text & calls all ignored with no response) I have contacted everyone I am supposed to contact. if this is how DD does business it’s a shame
