Ordered flowers for my Aunts birthday. Everyone in her building that saw the flowers being delivered remarked about how absolutely beautiful they were. I live in Florida and take a chance when placing an order , but I will order from them every time... FANTASTIC !!!

I ordered a $100 arrangement online from the Candy Jar website for delivery.They called me afterwards to let me know they didn’t have the exact flowers that were pictured online, and I thought it was very nice of them to call me. The woman who called even said she would text me a couple of photos of arrangements they had, to see if we could add flowers to one of them to get closer to the value of what I had purchased.Then it went south. She texted photos of two arrangements (pictured) — however, was not willing to take some of the flowers from the 2nd arrangement and add them to the 1st arrangement for me. Even though I had already made the online order for the $100 arrangement, she wasn’t willing to take flowers from another arrangement to fulfill my order — and offered instead to cancel my order.I was very surprised and disappointed by this aspect of the customer service. Really bad experience in the end.

I cannot say enough good things about the Candy Jar! They provided the most beautiful last minute flowers for my January wedding & the price couldn't be beat!! They were so accomodating & friendly! The flowers lasted for the longest time after the wedding. I would very highly recommend the Candy Jar for any floral needs!
