Been to the pembroke location twice now - never again. Soggy tacos that cant be picked up, burrito bowl is a hot mess, incorrect orders, bland beef and odd tasting chicken- and boring guac. I so wanted to like this place as is much closer than other Mexican joints. Bummed. Spent $200 for two visits and the food was anything but authentic. Back to commuting for good Mexican for us! I hear Marshfield location is better, but not sure I could be convinced on this chain as a whole.
The food is fantastic here! The salsa is bangin'. I loved the quesabarria tacos. The music is also a jam. And the staff is great, it's clear they care. I now have a favorite restaurant and meal. 5/5 stars.

I can not recommend this place enough, the server was top notch, the cocktails crisp and flavorful, then the food. We were a party of 5, and everyone of us ordered vastly different. So good! So very very good!
Vegetarian options: Burritos, fajitas, salads, soups, tacos and empanadas.

The singular best restaurant environment I have set foot in - as both an employee and a customer. First, the food: the kitchen has my utmost respect; is is clear that the food is made with originality and lots of love. I speak under no bias that the San Jose Burrito is the best burrito I have ever tasted, or ever will taste. I get it almost every time I work/dine there. More important, however, are the people. It’s quite amazing how in one summer, servers can become my siblings, managers become my guardians, and fellow hosts become my dearest friends. Everyone at this restaurant has been nothing but welcoming and kind to me, and they set an extremely high bar for any other future employment I may have. This review is most likely very cheesy by now, but I thought I’d leave it to commemorate a great summer of employment. Gracias Don Bravo, por todo.

Had a bad experience here. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes beyond when they said it would be ready, that's fine. But they handed me the bag and didn't realize until I got to the car it was leaking red, oily grease and the bag was sopping wet. Leaked all over my car and clothes, had to throw them out. I don't see how they couldn't have noticed that. Now the food...
They forgot to put several items in the order. Most of the items were missing part of the order. All of the food tasted like seafood strongly. We did not order seafood. We have people in the family with seafood allergies, and this didn't agree with them or taste good. When we called, they didn't seem to care about the missing items and didn't rectify it. Would not go back ever.

Tried this place for the first time and I was very impressed! Very fresh and authentic cuisine, impeccable service, and beautiful decor! Everyone in my party ordered something different from the menu and all enjoyed their meals. They have a "guacamole cart" they roll out and prepare it for you table side, which I thought was a distinctive touch. Overall highly recommend!

So unbelievably great! Much better than anything we've ever had locally (including a few in the South End). Since finding out about this place, we go twice a week. One Sunday night they closed Pembroke early to fix the AC (I think)........and we drove to the one in Marshfield without a second thought (never even considered other options - for any type of food - close by).......and that was equally excellent.
We have barely explored the menu, because the carnitas dishes are so outrageously delicious.
Please, please. please......never change a thing. Not one recipe or ingredient.
Everything is great quality and you can taste it.
Easily the single best meal I've had in months and we usually do finer dining. A lot of our old haunts will wonder what happened to us.
