We are weekly takeout customers. For medical reasons, I can’t have onions in the guacamole. So I always ask for just avocados and tomatoes . They usually honor the request without issue. It’s super simple to do . However, tonight is the third time they blatantly disregarded the instructions on the receipt (in bright red font - see photo) and provided us with guacamole with onions. We had a great dining experience at this Mexican restaurant. The food was flavorful and authentic — especially the tacos and enchiladas, which were cooked to perfection. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with vibrant decor that really added to the overall atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Definitely a place I’d recommend for anyone craving quality Mexican food in a nice setting!
When they first opened, we loved the place so much, would come twice a week. Then, in the Fall of 24 we noticed the food was no longer consistent. Carnitas that had always been moist, tender, and full of flavor....was becoming tough, dry, and flavorless more and more often. Like they didn't care about quality anymore. It has become hit or miss and that is really a shame, because they know how to cook great food, they just need to get back to doing it consistently.
