Asked for Mini bagels extra hot. They can’t seem to manage it when other DD’s can do it. When they were warm on the outside and cold on the inside,, he wouldn’t warm them up for me. Kept saying I already cooked him an extra minute.Forget satisfying the customer, I waited till I got home and did it myself. Must be his first real job.

First of all I'm not a Dunkin customer. I'm not that big of a coffee drinker and donuts aren't really my go to. I placed an order for work for a meetimg now I'll admit I ordered a lot because I was feeding a lot of people. So I placed the order the night before and was recommended this Dunkin.I arrived on time to pick up my order and the first question I was automatically asked was if I wanted to get a refund and go across the street for the donuts. I was a bit confused and didn't know why I couldn't get them there. They explained that they may not have enough for the day(I get it some small stores don't have the compasity for larger orders) so I grudgingly agreed. Then they started to get my coffee and coco ready I got boxes so it took a bit which I understand. Just it didn't get started till five minutes of back and forth on if I was getting the donuts between them selfs.As I waited I got to watch another guest get upset at their stale bread they use for their avocado toast not only the first order but also when they pulled a "fresh loaf" out of the back. (Ouch)After they poured my drinks and the kind gentleman working that day helped me out to my car with them. (was really a nice guy). I went back in for the refund on the donuts so I could cross the street to get them. Waiting as the cashier struggled with the scanner then take a call. Then instead of a refund pulled boxes out and started packing my donuts.At this point they asked what kinda donuts I wanted and I asked just for a mix of them (I'm not sure what every one wanted I just wanted donuts for everyone to chose from) after saying that three or four more times I was finally on my way to the meeting only about 40 minutes later.Safe to say I was never the biggest fan of Dunkin and that's not changed at all.Along the way in the middle of all this they did tell me I should have placed the order the day before. The only problem was I did and this still happend.

Wow and wow, we usually go to our local DD in Belmont but today we pass by Pembroke and the service was OUTSTANDING! Fast service, cleanliness on point. Thank you to Tracey and Chris.

What I ordered; medium hot pumpkin spice with oatmilk and an egg and cheese on an English muffin.What I received; medium hot with cream and sugar and an ice cold egg and cheese on an untoasted English muffin with literally 5 pieces of cheese.Unfortunately I was running late for work already so I didn’t have time to go back and ask for my correct order. But super disappointing for $7. I can only tolerate a small amount of dairy without having to run to the bathroom every 5 minutes so unfortunately I had to throw the whole meal away. After multiple disappointments from this location, this just confirms my trust issues when ordering at this location. Thank god I could Doordash Starbucks to get an accurate breakfast that wouldn’t make me sick.

The literal worst. Rude rude manager. We went in around noon so no line. They were just taking a the drawer while we were standing but didn’t say anything to us. And disappeared. After a few minutes the nice younger girl doing drive thru said sorry they took the drawer. A few minutes pass. She leaves then comes back, it looked like she went to see what they were doing. When she came back she was going to ring us in on the drive through register but then customer actually came that way. So now it’s almost 10 minutes and finally the one in charge comes grumbling out “what eff is going on here!?” Like loud. To everyone. So I say maybe should watch your language? And she says what do you want? So I say I’ve been waiting 10 minutes and you come out rude with an attitude and swearing? I don’t want anything now. she told me to eff off. So at that point I told her the same and I was calling corporate. She told me good luck it was down the road. I said didn’t want anything now. She looks at my husband and says what do you want!? He said I’m to stop yelling at my wife. seriously. What is wrong with people. I don’t care how bad your day is. You don’t need to be a jerk. I don’t need you to be NICE just be decent.-***not the one inside the gas station but the other side with the drive through on oak st ext. it doesn’t show on here correctly***

THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE! THE DRIVE THROUGH CLERK WAS MOCKING ME, AND MAKING FUN OF ME, AND WAS TRYING TO CORRECT MY ORDER SAYING THE WRONG THINGS. I HAD TO LEAVE. SHE WAS SCREAMING AT ME AS I LEFT LIKE A MANIAC. THAT STAFF MEMBER SHOULD BE FIRED, AND WAGES HELD FOR LOSING A CUSTOMER. THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE!

Absolutely the worst Dunkin location! Damaged intercom - could barely hear the associate and her attitude extremely poor! Please find better staff if you want success in this location . Although Dunkin is a great brand , it’s poorly represented at this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. This morning I ordered two plain bagels toasted with butter and when I get to the window, I am waiting there for 10 minutes because they forgot about my order and by the time my bagels are ready they aren’t even toasted at all and they aren’t buttered. The workers just put in one singular packet of butter in the bag with no napkins or even a knife. Would not recommend or ever come here again.

The customer service at this location is the absolute worst. I literally sat in the drive-through for 22 minutes today. This is not a one time thing. This is every day for the most part, and when I do finally get up to the window to get my coffee Only they're in there talking on their phones talking to each other screwing up orders and trying to figure out what order goes with which car and again it's not just today it's every day. Do better than this Dunkin you lost me. I'm done with this location.!!

This evening I came and ordered 4 sandwiches through the window, she only put down three. We noticed after she had handed us the receipt. When she gave us the bag we explained we had actually tried ordering the 4… The young woman at the window VERY RUDELY yelled at her coworker if she heard us say the 4 sandwiches, and then asked us to come inside. not ta mention she hadn’t even fully turned around yet and she started rolling her eyes … I was in shock because it was an honest mistake and we were trying to be polite about it…

Quite possibly the worst run store I've ever seen. Not enough staff. To go orders are not located. People then running around looking for the orders while no one helps the line. Line gets longer and longer. What a mess

Went in to get a frozen chocolate and a muffin while out traveling around. Very friendly service! A nice conversation! My son actually commented this was his best frozen chocolate ever!Parking: Plenty of parking. Drive-thru also.

Most people can agree. When one asks for a cream cheese bagel, they’d like the cream cheese on the bagel.Otherwise, this is a simple task where I don’t need Dunkin’ Donuts as the middle man.I run and would like to continue to run on dunkin with my cream cheese on my bagel.Thank you and best regards
