Need to be able to work on other type of ice cream. So people that are prediabetics or diabetics, lactose intolerant and ice cream. You need to cater it to everybody. Not just certain people.

Katelyn and Jeff were absolutely kind and sweet to my niece. She’s very particular how she wants her ice cream and they were so accommodating and patient and made her day. It only took a little kindness from the staff and that’s it. Please continue to give this staff some love and come visit the friendlys in pembroke!

I am beyond upset that I was served a butter crunch ice cream with no crunch. The worst part is I heard the employees joking and laughing about that being crazy. Not one offered me something else on my to go order. Called for refund and was laughed at by person who made my ice cream. Waiting for a refund that takes 24 hour l. Local favorite go there at least twice a week for ice cream not anymore. It's not the mistake it is the fact that 3 employees saw the mistake laughed and served bad food. Very poor service.

The carpet was EXTREMELY sticky. The high chair was not the cleanest. The food was decent. The service was great. The ice cream was the only reason we might go back.

Love the Pembroke MA location, the staff is excellent!! The customer service is top notch, very impressive for sure. 👍 They remember my drink choice when I enter and even know that I don’t like tomatoes. Friendly, quick and accurate at every visit. 👏
On our summer 2025 roadtrip my family and I had a great experience at our very first “ Friendly’s “ we love the concept and ice cream for the kids. Special thanks to our server she’s so sweet and all of the staff at the restaurant of creating a positive experience a joy and laughter for our family Btw my kids loves the ice cream 🍨 Your hard work and talents has been noticed & recognized 🎉

Foods usually pretty good, Haven’t ate inside the restaurant for a while due to slow service so I ordered takeout and I’m unsure what happened here to the mini mozzarella sticks, over cooked and also mushed together for some reason. (Left this review an hour ago) Edit: My stomach is now extremely upset after eating a few of these mozzarella sticks. Very disappointed
