Iâve been coming to M.L.âs for a very long time. I believe the customer service has def gone down. I think if MLâs sells this whole âfun &polite & bubbly type employeesâ, then they should def deliver on that.

This place isnât even good. My order is always wrong and itâs never corrected itself even when I bring my coffee back. I donât know why the coffee I ask for is always messed up when itâs on your menu. The last three times I went here, itâs been messed up and the two times I brought it back itâs only been corrected once. Iâm not spending money on a $6 coffee if itâs never right. Thanks, but Iâll now be taking my money elsewhere.

This place is amazing, the drink was great , and they were very accommodating to me , I am a type one diabetic and they offered sugar free redbull options and the kind lady even shared the sugar information of the syrup used in their drinks , most places I have been to arenât as accommodating. That means a lot to me.
